Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. The secluded property offers the best conditions for relaxing moments with up to 8 people. [Children up to the age of 10 stay free of charge/when booking with an accompanying person.]

The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

When you step in front of the garden door, you can decide. To the right, following the Aasee shore, out into nature, where the Aa becomes more and more pristine and leads out into the Aatal at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest. Or around to the left, for a leap into the city.

Es gibt eine Garten-Sauna, am Haus, in der 3 Leute liegen können. Vor der Sauna steht eine Feuerschale. Kosten: 10 Euro pro Stunde für die Sauna. Bitte die Saunanutzung anmelden, da ich eine kurze Einweisung geben muss. Es kann gegrillt werden, ein Grill steht bereit.
