The Stables is an ideal place for a weekend break or longer stay, and a perfect base to explore Norfolk, we are 25 minutes drive from the north Norfolk coast. The neighbouring village is home to the multi award winning Brisley Bell pub.

Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

The 1940s cottage is a gorgeous grade II listed period property in East Bilney, blending a traditional cozy 1940s interior with modern features such as underfloor heating, rainfall shower, smart TV (no Freeview only streaming services). This traditional almshouse is all ground floor allowing accessibility to all guests & is able to accommodate 4 guests in 2 rooms. The property also boasts a wood burner, private parking, gardens,and a short, beautiful walk away from a country pub.

The Barn at The Old Ale House is completely separate from the main house, newly converted to accommodate just two people, with a mezzanine bedroom, open plan kitchen sitting room, and a modern shower room.
