The neighbouring village is home to the multi award winning Brisley Bell pub.

Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The 1940s cottage is a gorgeous grade II listed period property in East Bilney, blending a traditional cozy 1940s interior with modern features such as underfloor heating, rainfall shower, smart TV (no Freeview only streaming services). This traditional almshouse is all ground floor allowing accessibility to all guests & is able to accommodate 4 guests in 2 rooms. The property also boasts a wood burner, private parking, gardens,and a short, beautiful walk away from a country pub.

There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.
