Private parking and direct access to the terrace and veranda. Possibility to place mattresses (to be taken) in bedroom 1 and the veranda (€10/night/person in addition) Peace and relaxation are at the appointment!

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Cottage in the countryside (GITE)

For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

Apartment in the countryside

It is at the pavement of the Chateau de Mimont on the side of Mont that we offer an original apartment (independent entrance) with its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping pong, swimming ( attention closed pools: September to April not heated)

Stop in Pougues-les-Eaux in our charming, completely refurbished studio. Enjoy the calm of the countryside while staying at the Ferme des Métairies in this cozy and functional studio. It has a kitchenette equipped with induction stove and hood, microwave and Senseo coffee machine. The accommodation is offered on an "all-inclusive" basis, we provide the sheets and bath linens. 20m2 cabin in a quiet environment in the countryside on the banks of the Loire. Relax in this fully equipped accommodation where you can recharge your batteries. NB: you who come to enjoy the countryside and its calm, nature is also animals (rabbits, birds, deer...) and insects. Although we are very attentive, it is impossible for us to eradicate the pests from our countryside.
