Privileged location: 5 minutes from shops, 15 minutes from the Thermes de Préchacq, 25 km from Dax and Mont de Marsan, 30 minutes from the beaches of the Ocean and Lake Arjuzanx, 1 hour from Bordeaux, Spain and the Pyrenees

Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

This 110m2 barn will stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter thanks to thermal insulation works completed in 2022 :-) On the edge of the Arjuzanx Reserve, where you can swim and practice nautical activities in the summer, and watch the crane migration in winter... The ocean beaches (Mimizan, Contis, Lespecier...) are 45min away by car.
