Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

17 m2 studio, well arranged to optimize the space and very comfortable. The entrance is independent and is via an external staircase. We have fully equipped it so that you only have to settle in. You will find a real 140 x 190 bed to sleep in and a non-convertible sofa to watch TV. There is an equipped kitchen if you want to prepare a meal or you can choose a restaurant in the area.
