Located directly on the beautiful beachfront of the wonderful, old quarter of Sitges, with full, spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, this stylish, comfortable studio apartment is the perfect place to relax and feel at home. We ask our guests to take into account the size of the apartment, 36m2. The apartment is not suitable for children of 12 years old and under, and we are unable to accept them. As from 2023, the official Government Tourist Tax is 2.00 Euros per person per night.

25m² studio located just a 12-minute walk from the beach, 5-minute walk from the centre of Sitges, and 45 minutes by train from the city of Barcelona. It features a semi-covered 30m² terrace, decorated in a bohemian and chic style, with an outdoor shower and stunning sea views. The studio includes a microwave, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, portable cooktop, and toaster (there is no washing machine). Access is via an elevator to the second floor, followed by stairs.

A second floor apartment, it can host up to 6 people and the best possible views from the living room and the main room. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed room with ensuite bathroom, 1 double with a double bed and balcony access and 1 room twin beds, 2 full bathrooms (the ensuite & one other)and a fully equipped kitchen, living room space.

El alojamiento está a 15min en coche del aeropuerto y a 20 minutos de Barcelona y a 5km de la pllaya. Es un pueblo tranquilo y muy tradicional. Para ir a Barcelona, nuestra recomendación es que cojáis el tren. La estación de Gavà de tren está a 5 minutos caminando del alojamiento. El alojamiento está en el centro del pueblo, así que hay comercios y restaurantes cerca. Se puede aparcar de manera gratuita cerca del alojamiento. Estamos a 5 minutos del BAA Training Spain.

Disfruta de este alojamiento tranquilo. Todo exterior y bonitas vistas a la naturaleza. Dispone de jardín y barbacoa comunitario. Está a 5 minutos caminando de la montaña y 5 minutos caminando del mar. Rodeado de parque natural. Muy bien comunicado. A 12 kms del aeropuerto y a 20 kms de Barcelona ciudad. A 500 metros parada de autobús a Barcelona que pasan cada 20 minutos. A 200 metros hay farmacias, supermercados, estanco, pista deportiva y restaurantes. Zona residencial.

Spacious and very nice apartment. Very well located in downtown Sitges so you can enjoy all its restaurants, cafes and shops. A 5-minute walk to the beautiful beaches, the promenade and the train station. It is on the first floor WITHOUT an elevator. For large groups there is the possibility of renting other apartments in the same building. Key pick-up at the Alenti Hotel (350 meters away), after 3 pm. The hotel is open 24 hours a day.
