Fab stay at the cottage , great location to use as a base for visits/hiking throughout the marches / mid Wales and Prestigne is a lovely small town to grab a coffee or have diner.

I booked this lovely shepherds hut for my husband’s birthday and it was bliss. Suzanne has been a great host, helping us settle in and she even popped round to give my husband a birthday card. The shepherds hut is a peaceful place to relax, you have the birds to admire and other farm animals to view out the window. Absolutely wonderful. A beautiful and spacious location, set in a half-timber house built in the 15th century. So well appointed with fine furniture and wonderful art on the walls. It would have been tempting to stay in it for the week if there weren’t so much to do right outside the door in the lovely town of Bishop’s Castle. Loved it and eager to come back soon!

I enjoyed my second visit to Ginny's place and it, again, suited me down to the ground. It's peaceful, secluded and set in a fabulous location. The accommodation is comfortable and clean. The bathroom facilities are excellent. The host is kind, welcoming, friendly and helpful. If you enjoy peace and quiet and nature and wildlife you would have to look hard to find better. Utterly recommended.
