A spacious place suitable for families, with lots of room to spend time together. The house is built on two floors with a total of 160 square meters. The house has three bedrooms + an open sleeping space (everyone's favorite...), a protected space, a fully equipped and pleasant kitchen, a barbecue area, a fun gazebo in the summer, direct access to Beit Zeit Lake (2 minutes walk). The house borders a wadi and is full of nature all around, so you can take a walk straight from the house. There's a nice chicken coop, a wood-burning stove in the winter, a large, spacious garden full of fruit trees. By car, the center of Jerusalem can be reached in 10-15 minutes without traffic jams. There is public transportation every hour.

A special house in the old neighborhood, with a large garden that creates an atmosphere. It's a surprising place in the Judea with old and young trees alike. The house is quiet and luxurious, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing a meal. In the garden there is a place for a small bonfire, Jacuzzi and outdoor shower, ornamental pool and waterfall, there is a deck for a yoga mat and various pleasant corners. Protected space - about a minute's walk down the street. And an important note: The house was built layer by layer over the years by different people. You will find special items in it. We love pets and on the premises there are 2 friendly dogs and a cat, I also have a few free range chickens and ducks in a separate area of the garden. 30 minutes ride from Ben Gurion airport, 10 minutes to the center of Jerusalem.
