We spent a couple of amazing days in this place. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and cared for in every detail. It is surrounded by nature, which makes the experience extremely relaxing and special. We felt completely safe and calm throughout the stay, ideal for resting and disconnecting. The setting is perfect for those seeking peace, fresh air and natural beauty. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back. Thank you for everything!

Absolutely perfect—like stepping into the pages of a nature magazine. Nestled near the forest beside the stunning ocean, it offers the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion and all the modern comforts you need. Everything is conveniently close by, yet the tranquility makes it feel worlds away. The silence is incredibly soothing. The dogs on the property are so sweet and comforting—they really helped with how much I was missing mine back home. 10/10, I would definitely book again!

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! The place was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay week long stay. But the real highlight? The pool! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures—crystal clear, surrounded by lush greenery, and the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The location was ideal—just a short drive to restaurants, shops, and the beach, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. And the host? Absolutely amazing. Super responsive and friendly. You can tell they truly care about making your stay perfect. We’re already planning our return!

Very grateful to Thomas, he was always attentive and communicative during our stay. Very nice place with a nice view and central, the amenities of the building are in very good condition and very useful too, in short we would stay in this apartment again.

This is the second time staying in this unit because we enjoyed it so much the first time. The condo itself was very comfortable and spacious with nice decor and lovely views. The building is also very nice and in a great location on beach with beautiful pool and landscaping and is also very secure. The price was also very reasonable for such nice accommodations. Will stay here again if visiting Jaco.

A good place to spend time with the family! Supermarkets are very close by... a good place to vacation. I would definitely come back... and Vanessa is always attentive and helpful, an excellent host!

Had a beautiful time at Anne’s place. Enjoyed the beaches near by and the home was very beautiful along with the view. Should’ve kept in mind that yes the beach is 10-15 minutes walking, however you will be walking down a very steep mountain and to go back up was also very steep. Besides that the stay was very pleasant.

Great location, great host.

This place was even better than the photos. Very central to everything in Jaco and while there is good coffee and food all over town there is a great coffee shop right on the ground level. The unit has everything you need if you want to eat every meal at home. Parking is super easy and the security staff are always kind and helpful. The pool is great and the beach is right almost on property. Could not have been happier. The responsiveness of Stan and Philip is immediate and they are available to chat if you have questions. 6 out of 5 stars.

Pamela was a great host, responded very quickly and was able to help us with something that was not included. The place was just like in the pictures, very comfortable beds and it included all the amenities needed. The beach was very close and it's close to Jaco if you want to have more options in restaurants or activities.
