The apartment is very well located, overlooking the sea and a block from the beach. It has the basics necessary for a comfortable stay. It has an air fryer, very useful in the kitchen. We were in March, after the end of the season, and we were able to enjoy the silence and tranquility of the surroundings. During the season, I believe the area is busier as it is very close to the central area of Arroio do Silva.

The place was very clean and the host responds quickly , lent us items we need throughout the stay, gave us local tips. The closest beach the accommodation was dirty, so we took the beach in Bellatorres , which is about 17 minutes by car from there (and the beach is amazing, with a shower and good infrastructure). The place is close to the centrinho and close to towers, especially the towers, where it has great restaurants and attractions. Even on days when it rained , we enjoyed the day at the house, watching movies , sleeping (the mattress is good and has air conditioning), and we went to the tower cinema. Ambiente is small but it is well equipped, we feel at home. Oh, and it has a tank, clothesline and barbecue. And the showers are great.

Very cozy and pleasant accommodation, Gerusa welcomed us with great sympathy, her place is very quiet, very good to rest and connect with nature!

The stay was great. Josete responds quickly. He was flexible about check-in and gave us suggestions for leisure and gastronomy. The accommodation is great value for money, we were 3 people but it would accommodate 4 easily, the rooms are very spacious. I recommend it!

Casa do Sol is the perfect place for those who like comfort, coziness, practicality and, above all, who have large dogs like ours. The layout is perfect, with spacious spaces and a great inner patio for them to stay while we left. Very well located, it is close to everything, but in quiet street. You can easily walk to the beach (15/20 minutes). Hosts are solicitous and responsive. We'll be back for sure!

We are delighted to stay at the home of Dona Inês! Extremely organized, cozy environment, all very clean! The house is a delight, rustic and very well organized atmosphere. The warm and welcoming reception of Dona Inês, who waited even with a chocolate carrot cake, was amazing! I have so many things to point out, but only coming to know how good the stay here is. Excellent home and place. The house accommodates very well, it has everything you need for a quiet stay. The beach, in the background, is the cherry on top. We went out of season and the tranquility of the place and the surrounding environments surprised us a lot. Exceptional hosts, they promptly answered all our questions. I recommend it!

Fairly spacious, airy and equipped apartment. The garage is great, holds off a large sedan. It is close to the molhes, edge of Mampituba and a few blocks from the sea. Inclusive you can see the sea of the balcony.

The apartment is great, photos as advertised, everything clean and organized. Excellent location, close to supermarkets, a few blocks from the sea. Close to Beira Mar Avenue, I went out for walks every morning. Very quiet at night for sleeping. Valesca is very polite, friendly, answered my questions. Torres is very beautiful. I recommend the apartment. I'll be back for sure.

Luciana served us every time we need to talk to her . Helpful and attentive. We arrived at the site and punctually it was there to pass on the keys. The place was clean and organized. Very quiet as we needed to rest. Easy location and close to Supermarket, shops and bakeries. Alias a bakery Vosso bread and wonderful (many tasty things and great service. Tb is close to the beach. We love the hammock on the balcony and great shower. Anyway, when possible we will go back. At the exit we needed to hand over the keys and once again it was very punctual. Thank you so much for your stay. We love everything and the city. I highly recommend it! An abration for you Luciana!!!

Dona Rose and her Luís are very good hospitable people. We felt at home, our stay in the corner was wonderful. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed a week. Great place to rest. Practically empty beach. The host is always very attentive and ready to resolve any issue. The place is close to Torres and Capão for those who want. Safe for children and pets. Even though it was a small condominium, we had great privacy. We'll be back without a doubt!!

We had a great stay, an extremely clean house and all organized , attentive host, answered all doubts and always willing if necessary.

I and my godmother loved the accommodation. The room has several facilities such as microwave, coffee maker and electric jar (in addition to the minibar that is more common). it had many kitchen items, making it much easier to use. the place is very central, close to the places where we wanted to go and stake very clean and organized. Although we haven't used it, we love that they offer chairs and beach cart and cooler loans. We will certainly stay there next year!
