Close to the Norfolk Broads and the coast, yet only 30 minutes from the city of Norwich. The Stables is on an old farm on the outskirts of Tunstead village. In a peaceful part of rural Norfolk with views of the big Norfolk skies, farmland and fruit fields. Cottages have a pool but its on private hire and booking is separate also has a shared games room.

Brindle studio has its own private entrance .The studio is attached to our home ( So some noise at times maybe heard ) although the adjoining door is locked giving you a private area. We have designed brindle studio to give you a feeling of security to enable you to have a relaxing time in Norfolk.

The large bi-folding doors along one side of the Retreat allow guests to open up their living space to the outdoors, perfect for those warm evenings. In the cooler months it provides a great source of light, enabling guests to take in the surrounding fields which provide lovely views. The projector and pool table are super additions to keep you entertained.

A spacious barn conversion in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. Oak Barn Norfolk is a sympathetically, newly converted, barn in the village of Tunstead. It offers 4 large bedrooms, a beautiful double vaulted kitchen/dining room, a spacious living room with a cosy wood burner, a snug, 3 bathrooms and a W/C. The floors are natural limestone with underfloor heating throughout. Oak Barn has two outdoor seating areas, a sunny court yard and a fully enclosed lawned garden.

We are happy to allow children if accompanied by an adult as long as it is understood there is only the one double bed and a cot available on request.

The Folly - one off luxury Glamping accommodation

This is a bespoke type of glamping accommodation, which was completed in 2018. Currently single night bookings are excepted from Sunday-Friday with a minimum of 2 nights Friday -Sunday.
