Sitting above the valley we are always stunned by the silence and sunsets that bless our location. The pod itself is beautifully designed in shiplap wood, the interior offers a cosy bedroom area, a kitchen with smart use of space, a living and dining area with lots of natural light from a panoramic window and a bathroom with shower. Knockma Forest Cottage

Nestled in ancient woodlands on the foothills of the hill of Knockma, the cottage offers an unique chance to visit a place of great natural beauty. It is the only house in Knockma Widlife park and forest trail with many miles of wonderful walks. A short drive to the many wonders of Galway, it sleeps 6-8 people and there is no street lights to mar your enjoyment of a night sky. Knockma is an exceptional place where archaeology, history, folklore, natural history & panoramic scenery are combined.

With stunning views of Galway Bay, this luxurious ensuite studio is tucked away on a very private and beautifully landscaped acre lot. A three-minute walk down our road takes you to the waterfront. A lovely hiking trail is just up the hill past St. Patrick's Church. Located in the village of New Quay on the scenic Wild Atlantic Way, we are on the route to Ballyvaughan and the Ciffs of Moher. (A car is necessary - we are in a very beautiful rural area with very limited public transport.)
