It was nice, the entrance, the interior of the house, the general equipment, the quality of the goods and the kitchen, especially the kitchen, had a very, very high quality. I wish the house was mine. I recommend it to everyone, and it is very close to the beach

I really liked the place, it looked exactly like in the photos, and for the price, it’s absolutely worth it. Everything was clean, well-designed, and thoughtfully arranged. Comfortable bed, good AC, lovely kitchen, and a cozy renovation overall. Just a heads-up for future guests: the apartment is on the ground floor, with a direct entrance from the street. The space is quite compact, and while the photos give a sense of openness (thanks to open curtains), in reality, it can feel less private. Even though the windows are tinted, it’s not very comfortable to keep the curtains open when people are passing by. There might also be a bit of humidity, since it’s almost at basement level, but I didn’t experience any major discomfort during my stay. All in all, it’s a well-priced, thoughtfully designed place — just be aware of the layout and level. Thank you!

Emrah was so far one of the best host ive ever experienced with. He takes responsibility of us even before we can reach to his flat by giving me clear instruction on how to reach his home. I was let down by the flight delay but the moment I reached his home, my mood bounce back and I felt very comfortable in his clean home. Location wise, the place is lively, and right in a good spot to explore around. Lots of shops and restaurants. I will definitely come to his home again if I have to come to Antalya.

The employees were very caring and friendly. The apartment was clean and ready, even though we arrived a little earlier than the check-in time. If you don't have a car, the location can be a little tricky. You may have trouble finding public transportation, but it can still be central.

A spotless and central location, stocked with absolutely everything one would need for a long term stay! The host was incredibly proactive and responsive and the place was more than just comfortable. Highly recommend!

we spent our eid al-adha holiday, we stayed for a short time but the house was clean, we preferred the garden floor, the children were very comfortable when they entered and left the pool, there were many things in the kitchen and as I said, everything was clean, there was no noise, we were very pleased, I would definitely go again

Nice and comfortable place to stay near Belek city center

BELKA GOLF RESIDENCE I think it is the only address in BELEK for a quality, peaceful and safe holiday. In addition, the friendliness and sincerity shown to us by the owner Mustafa was really sincere. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

We had a great stay in Berat's apartment. The place is spacious, bright, clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect near beautiful Konyaalti beach, restaurants and some playgrounds. Special thanks to Mazlum, our contact on site, who was always friendly and responsive.

Diana was a brilliant host being very attentive and responsive. Brilliant recommendations were provided for a sorts of things to do round about. The apartment was very easy to find from the clear instructions, and was in the perfect location for lots of restaurants, cafes, gardens and shops. Anything further afield was easily reached by very reasonable taxis from the front door. The apartment itself was beautiful and very well laid out. There was all the utilities we needed including hairdryer, and washing machine. The space was well cleaned and very spacious. There were a few more skyscrapers in the sky line than expected from the pictures, but the view from the balcony was still beautiful and ideal for some sunshine in the afternoon. In summary, the apartment and the host were what made our holiday to Antalya so pleasant and we would definitely return.

Very nice village with 2 level buildings and fresh apartments. The staff is helpful. Many kids. If you want your kids to play freely in the garden better to choose 1st level apartment. The swimming pool is rather cool. To get to the shop or other location you need car or taxi.

Great location and a fine place to stay

I liked the apartment and our stay was wonderful. The house was very quiet and had everything you need for living. Great new appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioner, vacuum cleaner) and new furniture! Nice view of the sea from the balcony. Lots of shops, restaurants and a shopping center within walking distance. I recommend it!

The place was at a stone’s throw away from the beach. We had a change in our itinerary and Kartal was really helpful by accommodating an early check-in for our group. The apartment was clean and as described. Beautiful sea view.
