We had a great time, nice tucked away cabin, hot tub was fantastic, and the space is super cute. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

A beautiful rustic cabin in an amazing spot. Lori is a great host and is always near in her farmhouse to communicate and get you what you need. Appleton is not far from Camden / Rockland but has that rustic getaway feel. The option of adding a wonderful soak in the hot tub, wood fired sauna, massage and breakfast are available as well. I’ll be back next year! Thank you for everything, Lori!

Booked this home to accommodate 7 people. Enough space for everyone. Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Modern appliances, spacious kitchen for us all to be preparing food and drink. Enjoyed being outside by the fire pit and hot tub. Lake was peaceful and fun for us to walk down to and use kayaks and paddle boards. Great spot for a girls getaway for a couple days.

Beautiful secluded location for my partner and I! Jen was very clear with instructions and made checking in and out very hassle-free! We had such a lovely week and having this space really enhanced our little vacation. Although the location itself may not have a lot to do, it is perfectly nestled between Belfast and Camden, two cute towns on the water. Acadia National Park was about 1.45 hours away but the drive is well worth it, especially being able to come home to a hot tub. 10/10 recommend this property, and thank you Jen for sharing your space with us!!

Misty’s cabin was very cute, cozy, and private. We loved soaking in the hot tub and listening to the frogs and crickets at night! The bed is kind of firm and springy but was doable for a short stay. Would definitely recommend grabbing breakfast at the cafe 1055 across the street, we ended up stopping there twice and it was delicious both times. Misty had great communication during our stay as well!

The house is super cute, very comfortable, clean and is easy to find. We were staying for a family gathering and would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in this area. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful place. Perfect getaway. Paul was very nice and helpful. Great recommendations for places to go. Very responsive to any questions we had. I could sit on the deck for days and watch the pond and soak up the sun. Only regrets was we had more rain than sun and unable to enjoy a bonfire. But thats Maine. Lol Cant wait to plan a trip back.

Erin & Joseph were the BEST hosts! Booked before they were superhosts and honestly, they deserve it! Full kitchen. Cabin smells so amazing — like fresh lumber. Reminds me of my grandfather’s cottage from my childhood. There’s a fire pit which was perfect for our stay. Bed was super comfortable! We came for our anniversary and they left us water bottles, flowers, mugs, cake and cookies — which were SO GOOD! There was also movie snacks waiting for us on the coffee table! It’s so peaceful, we hated to leave. The natural lighting makes the morning sunlight come into the cabin so lovely. It was an absolute dream! There are also board games upstairs for kiddos! There’s also a trail to walk around in the woods. There’s tons of parking. If you like supporting local businesses, there’s plenty around for firewood, honey, pastries, syrup, etc. Erin was also so sweet when we forgot to take the trash out for checking out 🤦🏻‍♀️😆 Seriously, book with them! It was the best AirBnB experience we’ve ever had

Sophie was a fantastic host that was extremely responsive and specific with instructions. The cabin is in a beautiful location, private area, and cozy inside. The space was extremely clean and comfortable!

A lovely cabin in the woods right on the water. Very clean and I thought it looked better and bigger in person. We really enjoyed our stay and had no issues.

We did not take much advantage of all the cabin had to offer; we were in the area for other reasons, and mostly using this as a place to sleep. That was kind of a shame; I hope we can get back there sometime to enjoy the lake and the games and the firepit and the kayaks and the cabin itself. I saw a review saying the beds were a little too hard? I disagree, I thought they were extremely comfortable. The only info I can think of that I didn't see in other reviews: we showed up very late at night, and it was hard to find in the dark (it's very obvious in daylight). It is at an intersection, but GPS sent us slightly past the intersection; it's actually on your left just before you get to the last intersection. Other than that, I agree with all the other positive reviews. Lovely place.

This was our second time staying here. We love the beautiful and peaceful setting. Lots to do in the surrounding areas but also we love relaxing at the house by just sitting on the dock with a good book or kayaking/fishing in Hobbs Pond.

Beautiful location on Whittier Pond with woods all around. The home was so clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. There were games, Legos, and books for inside and a canoe and kayaks for outside. There was plenty of information about local restaurants and activities. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio and at the dock. Jill was very responsive and helpful when we had a small issue. We would go back at the first opportunity! Really a lovely place to stay!

Words literally cannot explain the feeling you get when you step onto this property. Picture perfect piece of heaven. I've never cried leaving a place before, that's the impact it had on me. I left a piece of my heart in that cabin. Already planning to go back. 🤙✌️💚

We stayed here to be near Bates college for graduation weekend. We felt right at home! The cabin was warm and inviting... cozy, clean and safe! It was so secluded, with a gorgeous view over the water. We would love to return when we can simply stay in the cabin and enjoy the peace and quiet.

After getting things clean we enjoyed 28 days was not good weather went back to take care of our mothers things was good to have this place to come relax in would rent again even tho it wasn’t cleaned they tried to make things right loved the cabin

We had a great stay at Leah's cabin. The place was warm and cozy, and we enjoyed the lookout onto the beautiful frozen lake. Leah was very proactive and responsive. A great stay!

Instructions on how to find were clear and prevented us from driving in circles due to incorrect location on gps. Cabin was easy to check in and clean. Location was perfect for our trip plans and provided great scenery! 10/10 recommend.

The hosts are extremely kind and the cabin is perfect for a nice getaway.. we had a lot of fun and enjoyed the trails, and our cat loved his time there as well. The firepit outside was perfect for roasting marshmallows and making smores, and we’re hoping to come back again.

Beautiful spacious yet cozy lakeside cabin, so close to the lake that you just see water from most of the inside of the camp. This cabin has history and the open knotty pine ceiling, walls and floors lend a great deal of warmth to the place, while numerous modern updates/amenities have been added (new/modern bathroom, appliances and deck). We have stayed at many Airbnbs and have never seen one stocked as well as this one - virtually anything a person could want or need was provided: the kitchen had everything you could need and more, supplies, fans, heaters, tools, numerous indoor and outdoor games, kayaks, floats, a standup paddleboard and a plethora of chairs inside and out (including several pieces of antique furniture, further adding to the warmth of the camp). There was even a tree swing and an outdoor fire setup for smores. Our dog loved it as much as we did! Add the loons, eagles, ospreys, sunrises and general beauty of this Maine lake and this is a wonderful place to stay.

We loved our stay here! It is so quiet and peaceful. The house was comfortable and we loved that we could bring out dogs. Thank you so much, hope to be back!
