CeCe was an outstanding host—warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and located in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from all the island’s highlights. The pool was a perfect way to unwind and cool off. While we rented a golf cart, bikes are available on-site, and most places are easily reachable on foot or by bicycle. CeCe went above and beyond by arranging transportation from the airport to the water taxi and even securing our tickets. This charming, family-run property exceeded all expectations. If you’re headed to Caye Caulker and want comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality—this is the place!

We had a little hiccup at check-in, but the host was absolutely incredible with accommodations. The location is absolutely perfect- very close to the split and they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beach access is right next to the home and you have access to Kayaks, and bikes which is super helpful in Caye Caulker. Definitely would recommend!

We had an amazing trip to San Pedro! This AirBnB is in a perfect location, close to several restaurants and bars that are within a 5 minute walk. Everyone was friendly in the complex, and very helpful. The unit itself was one of the best stocked AirBnBs I have stayed in. I highly recommend this unit if you are visiting San Pedro. We will definitely be returning sometime in the near future!

What a sweet spot! Costa Nube is a beautiful accommodation, with everything we needed and more for a week long stay. The upstairs deck is gorgeous and we spent several hot afternoons there soaking in the view where the breeze made it cooler. Shower and bathroom were in great condition, AC worked well at nights. Grateful for the bikes as they (or a golf cart taxi) are needed to get to town (it's about 15-20 min bike on a pretty bumpy road - a good little workout and a headlamp-lit adventure at night!). Aldo and Kolleen were also so helpful with tons of recommendations, aloe for my sunburn, and help getting a taxi when our texts didn't go thru. Thank you for such a lovely time on Caye Caulker!

Vincent's place was amazing! Its proximity to the split was very convenient. The private beach in the back was beautiful and secluded. I read on the rooftop every morning. Vincent was extremely responsive, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay in Caye Caulker!

This location requires a ferry to reach, but the location is peaceful and easy to navigate. Beautiful property that you will no doubt be able to just hangout and spend some relaxing time.

Have stayed with Sue several times, it’s a great place to stay, it’s on the water, great view and breeze and Sue is a great host, communicates well, place is clean and comfortable and you feel very safe and secure. Great pool is added bonus!! Will stay at Sue Casa again!

Host was very responsive and accommodating about our early arrival and arranged a golf cart for us at the last minute. We were greeted upon arrival and given a quick tour before being left to ourselves for a very peaceful trip. We always looked forward to settling in at the end of the night and highly recommend. Their suggestions for food in the area were spot on as well.

This stay was absolutely beautiful. You can tell how much love and passion was put into crafting this place, as it shows in every single detail. The house is brand new, which is great because everything is spotless. I felt like I was staying in a designer boutique Hilton property. Not to mention the sunset views… omg. The owner/host is SO responsive and truly cares about you having a great stay. Her knowledge and connections on the island made our trip. Not only that, but the price is a STEAL for what you’re getting. Overall, this is a MUST stay if you’re in Caye Caulker. I will absolutely be back. We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was absolutely perfect—cozy and full of that true Caribbean vibe. The location couldn’t have been better: just a short walk from everything, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the busy areas. Abner was a fantastic host, always available and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the sunrise from the terrace—it’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee. Don’t miss it! We highly recommend this place and would love to return. My family and I had the best time at Bryan’s place. His staff Monique and Freddy were both super responsive to us and beyond helpful. Freddy became a friend! We would suggest this home and place to anyone and would come back in a heart beat! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This was our third vacation in Belize but first time staying in Caye Caulker. We loved it! The people, the views, the food, the serenity….it’s all unmatched! This unit was perfect. View from the balcony was gorgeous. We even watched the sunrise! Perfectly peaceful! A pool and bar were only steps away. If you’re looking to relax, chill, and unwind this is the place! We’ll be back, very soon!

Beautiful place located a little far from the main shopping area. Definitely need transportation. Great ac and hot water. Right in front of beach and the Hula bar. Everything was kept very clean and staff was helpful with reserving a golf cart for the days we stayed

These were some of the best days of my life. Lucrecia and J have the place set up so well that I’m already thinking about when I can return. A ten second walk from the front door is Lucrecia’s restaurant, serving delicious, fresh, and local food in an unhurried cozy oceanfront setting. While you’re waiting for your food, you might walk another 5 seconds and be at S’s delightful bar, attached.

Blu Zen was amazing! Erica, Mark and Sudy made us feel right at home, answered all our questions and helped arrange transportation. The three pools were perfect, peaceful and clean, the condo spotless and beautiful. It was fun biking, hammocking, kayaking and being a short boat trip away from the southside. One highlight; Mark from the Blu Zen Sales Team came to our condo to cook a true Belizean meal for us, it was fantastic and a wonderful dining experience. We had the fish we caught, stewed chicken, beans and rice and bread pudding, so good! We also enjoyed dinner at the Happy Lobster (order the specials), The Lotus (onsite) and Elbas. We went on two excursions, full day snorkeling (Caveman) and spear fishing (Spear Shack) the water in Belize is so clear and the coral and creatures abundant. I would recommend the Blu Zen to anyone who wants to relax and slow down. The grounds, views and sunsets were amazing. One negative - the kitchen did not have any spices or dish soap.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset. The layout was perfect for my family. Loved the views and the peacefulness. Would definitely stay here again.

Jonathon’s place was exactly as pictured and described. We were steps from the pools, hit tub, and bar. Some days we didn’t even leave. We transited everywhere via a rented golf cart. A pickup dock for excursions is also close by. Do yourself a favor and book now! It was a great experience.

This was where we went on our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it!! The penthouse is beautiful. The outdoor sitting area is massive and so comfortable. Diana was so helpful. She made sure we had a way to easily get from Belize to Caye Caulker. There was a nice man with our name on the sign at the airport. once we took the water taxi to the island,another man was waiting to bring us to the room on a golf cart. The location was fabulous. it's on the edge of town. It was quiet but close to everything. Having access to the bicycles was very nice. We explored the whole island like that. Be sure to check out the stingrays at sunset at Iguana Inn and the tarpon are cool too! Sunrise there is spectacular at the room but even more so on the 2nd story deck by the pier. I would absolutely go back

Great location and the host was very friendly and responded fast, connected us to people on the island so we had someone nearby to contact and to give us a ride from the boat to the room.
