Carmen's vacation home was perfect for our stay. We were able to accommodate our whole family. We had all the necessary appliances and more to provide a home like experience. Would definetly recommend.

Villa Serenity offers the perfect blend of a private house and resort-like amenities. Upon booking, I was contacted by the concierge, Zoby, who went above and beyond to ensure our smooth arrival. Zoby arranged our airline tickets to the island, golf cart rental, and snorkeling tour before we even set foot on the island.Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff, and Zoby gave us a tour of the house and property. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The well-appointed kitchen allowed us to cook several breakfasts and dinners effortlessly. The rooms were spaced apart nicely, providing each guest with ample privacy. The property was well maintained, and the entire time we were there, it remained quiet and serene. We had the pool to ourselves most days, but even when other families were present, the design of the pool ensured that everyone had enough space to enjoy themselves. Amazing place .. I would highly recommend this accommodation. I was a bit nervous with the limited reviews but don’t worry and book this place. Israel and Mary the hosts were extremely pleasant and helpful with all our needs. You can walk anywhere from the residence . Have no worries when booking this Airbnb.

Our stay at The ConchShell Cottage was amazing. The property was a great size and gave everyone space to spread out. The customer service was excellent and they checked in to make sure that everything was ok. I would definitely stay at another one of their properties in the future.

My husband and I, along with two family members got displaced because our flight came in late and we wouldn't make it to the boat to the island. We booked Mr. James last minute and I'm so glad we fell upon this place. very calm, beautiful yard, Ac works great and love all the amenities. Mr. James is super helpful, very respectable and very responsive. it was the best remedy after being delayed and spending all day in the airport. Definitely would be back to this peaceful yard.

Very nice place. Not really walkable to eat and do other activities so you will need a golf cart. It was fine for me as I rather drive into the action and go home to peace. Hired a cook for the week… Marcelicoy… they were great and great food. Enjoyed our stay.

Kelvin’s place is simply lovely - she is an extraordinarily communicative host who goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and connected to all of local amenities. We loved her well appointed and conveniently located place. Close to Secret Beach - highly recommend!

Passengers on our flight directed us to the wrong house (Michael has many), but Michael quickly helped get us to the right spot. Terrific location with easy access to everything at a great price.

If you want to be at the heart of what’s happening in San Pedro this is the place. Restaurants all over, golf cart rentals a block away, coffee shop across the street, bars next door. Everything is walkable. I still recommend a golf cart so you wander around the island. The host Chefy was great he was always responsive helped coordinate supplies and was a very friendly guy without being intrusive. This is the spot if you want to be at the heart of nightlife. Keeping that in mind bring earplugs and a sleeping mask.

Excellent property! Private location but yet only a golf cart ride from anywhere! Walk the beach in private or walk to the grocery store. People that live on the lower level were great. Jessie was easy to get ahold of. Had zero issues!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Island Magic Villas in December! Our villa was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and we also very much enjoyed the pool. The location is absolutely beautiful, and everyone at the resort was so friendly and helpful. Lorena and Robbie in the office were very accomodating any time we needed anything or had any questions. The restaurant on site, Peach on the Beach, had great food and service, and it was so nice to have it right there. The villas are a short walk to the split where we would catch a quick ferry to the south side of the island, but we were also offered complimentary golf cart rides to and from the split whenever we wanted. It really is a magical place, and I highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay. The property was very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for us to be downtown for access to excursions, dining and drinks. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely airbnb. Very close proximity to the airport and easily accessible to Belize City. Paula is a wonderful host and the property is peaceful to stay at. House was spotless when we arrived and exactly as shown in the pictures. We sat on the front deck every night and enjoyed the evening breeze. The horse on the property next to ours even came to greet us when we arrived. Would highly recommend staying here! Thank you Paula. We really enjoyed our stay here! It is an area of Belize we hadn't really been before but it was great to experience. The house was neat and clean and exactly as described. The views are beautiful and the seclusion is peaceful. The only thing I would note was, the walls do not go all the way to the ceiling so that makes it hard for some people to stay up and some to sleep. It does help with cooling the house though. Other than that it had everything we needed. We saw so many birds including 12 green parrots at one point and a flock of 8 parakeets. We saw the monkeys from the deck off in the distance. We evens saw a croc down the street at the river. We also booked a tour to the ATM cave through them and it was wonderful being picked right up at the house and taken there. We rented a car but didn't want to worry about rising early and finding our way there. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was incredible. Neal is by far the kindest, most accommodating host I’ve ever had. He greeted us with treats from his wife’s restaurant. Helped us plan activities, and make arrangements. He even took us out on his boat one afternoon. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures portray. A literal paradise. You will not find a better, more beautiful place to stay. The entire home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything you could need. The beds and couches were super comfortable, and plenty of linens, towels and beach towels. Look no further, you need to book this place.

Great place for the price. Nice secluded location. Only problem was it was difficult to find, but Denise was responsive and came and helped us.

gorgeous house & the pool is a plus. genuinely have no complaints. It was the best choice for my family and I. We were greeted at the ferry and taken to the house & got a ride back to the ferry at check out. Loved my stay here

Paradise! Look no further, best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Angela’s place is brand new and perfectly situated where you can see every sunrise and sunset, is quiet, and better priced than anywhere else we looked in Belize, especially for the house amenities and private beachfront. From the start, you can tell Angela and Amie truly care that your vacation is perfect, great recommendations, and helpful, like arranging transportation, I’m sure they will both be Super-hosts soon! I loved the iguanas, sting rays, and pelicans that you could see on site, from the beach or dock. The kayaks were amazing, and the water is so crystal clear. The north side of the split is way better, much quieter, easier to walk, and less touristy than the water taxi/airport side. I can see why Caye Caulker and the airbnb is Angie’s happy place, it is my happy place as well, and I cannot wait to go back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Riverside Casita & I cannot speak highly enough of the experience! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Giseli & her amazing fiance, who both picked us up from the water taxi dock. Their friendliness was evident from the start! Giseli went above & beyond helping us with golf cart rentals, fishing tours & eatery recommendations. What truly stood out was her genuine willingness to help with any request, she was always just a message away, ready to assist with anything needed which made our stay so comfortable & stress-free. The house itself is beautiful, easy to find, an upstairs balcony with a perfect view of the moon! The pics don't do it justice! The pups next door are such loving fur babies too! It was perfect for this single dad and his two young adult daughters! In summary, the hospitality provided by them makes this a standout choice. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone coming to San Pedro!!!

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect for our family of 4. The rooms were big and there were multiple places to set up our belongings. We loved sitting on the porch in the hammocks after settling in for the evening. The house is close to several bars and restaurants so even with people walking around the house at all hours, it still felt fairly quiet and private since you stay on the 2nd floor. Amelia was very responsive and accommodating. She brought fresh towels mid-way through our trip and was very helpful with giving an overview of the area when we checked in. We would stay here again and highly recommend to others.

It was amazing to be able to have a home to stay in while we were visiting Belize City. Ann Marie was such a wonderful host and was very thoughtful with the amenities. Everything was clean and very accessible. She was very careful to explain the property for us and we were so thankful to have such a great clean place to stay while we were visiting. Very close to downtown areas and the port for our excursions. She was thoughtful in recommendations for places to eat and just so kind. We would gladly stay again!
