Felt right at home the minute I walked in. Very clean and orderly apartment, with a fragrance that reminded me of my mom's home. All the best amenities, including a full-sized kitchen, and great bathroom with a large walk-in shower. In a very quiet neighborhood, just a ten minute walk from McNeese University, with all the best Lake Charles restaurants within a ten minute drive (some closer). I will always check the availability of Pat's property first when working in Lake Charles.

We had a lovely time here, the instructions are clear, it was clean, the location is good. The only elements that could be improved was the communication with the host when we were there and reached out because some sheets were missing and the we got an answer after we left. The other thing was the heater we did not know how to use it and we were cold so, maybe include some instructions about it could be nice. Other than that I would recommend staying here.

Absolutely beautiful historic home with every modern amenity, no detail was spared. Host was beyond accommodating for our stay in Jennings for our daughter's wedding. This home was a welcome retreat from the busyness of the day and comfortably slept 6 adults and 1 child. We will be staying at La Maison Rosalie again and highly recommend others do as well.

By far the most accommodating rental I have stayed in. The host put a lot of thought into this home and paid close attention to detail and didn't leave out anything. They really put themselves in the renters shoes by ensuring everything was there, even extra toothbrushes as I forgot mine. Let me also add the just was very personable and willing to go the extra mile, there was even a snack basket for us to enjoy. The home itself is not only was remarkably but clean and accommodating and felt like we were in a model Show home. We can't wait to come back as this will be where we go every time we come to lake charles. The rooms were great size and the kitchen and game room was a plus. The home is spacious and well suited for families or small groups that want to have fun in a relaxing fun home. Again don't let this home pass you by.
