Holiday rentals with a patio in Bell County

Lazy Days Condo was WONDERFUL! It was exactly like the pictures, clean, had everything we needed, and felt like home for the weekend. The rooms were all spacious and comfortable and all had their own bathroom. Parking was easy and always available, and the condo neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the lake. There is also a Keurig for coffee and an automatic ice maker in freezer which were nice to have! There is also a neighborhood market Walmart about 15 minutes away if needed for groceries in Morristown. One other small note - there is a tree branch that bangs against the back bedroom window in the wind. It didn’t bother us but worth mentioning. Lynda was easy to contact and always quick to respond, along with her assistant Joey. They were both so friendly and helpful. If we are ever around her Airbnb’s again, I would not hesitate to book with her.

Derek was a wonderful host! Very responsive and accommodating. He worked with the few changes we had in our plans without any question and made sure everything ran smoothly for us and our arrival and stay. We will be staying again! Thanks Derek!

Diane is a wonderful person and a wonderful host!! I would absolutely stay with her again. Her space had plenty of amenities, a beautiful back porch and backyard, she was friendly and was able to give me a wonderful hiking recommendation, the location was close to grocery stores, the hospital, and hiking locations, and the area was just enchanting. 10/10!

Cassandra was a very responsive host that answered many questions before I even had to ask them. The place was very clean and had a friendly/cozy feeling. Whenever I am back in the area, ill definitely be visiting this location again.

Second floor apartment with beautiful furnishings in a quiet neighborhood off highway. A couple close restaurants and not far from some great attractions.

I would give Tammy 1,000 stars out of 5 if I could!! If my next Airbnb stay is half as good as this one then I will still be satisfied. The apartment was fully stocked with absolutely everything that anyone could possibly need to live. Every little thing from the cozy bed sheets to the bathroom fixtures was immaculate and set up for a king and/or queen! It was literally a paradise in the middle of Corbin. You walk out the door and your parking spot is maybe 5 steps away, while the entrance to the coffee shop and bakery was literally right across the street. Plenty of good bars and restaurants all within a 2-5 minute walk. All in all, I felt like I was living in a dream for the entire stay. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the location and all of the fine amenities. Thank you so much Tammy and look forward to booking again in the future!

BEAUTIFUL townhouse!!! Felt like I was at a professional hotel. Everything was brand new, clean, and crisp. Very peaceful area and great back patio. Highly recommend!!!

This home was exactly as pictured. I think this was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed at. The bed was very comfortable. This is a small rental but very roomy and has all the amenities you need. Tab responded quickly to my messages. Would definitely recommend this home.

This is a beautifully appointed house. My wife and I brought our 2 young grandchildren to see their dad’s College Graduation. Everything went great. The kids had fun and even though we are a bit older we had no problem with anything in this house. I highly recommend this location for anyone coming to this area.

This was our second stay, and we felt right at home once again. Edee added some thoughtful touches since our last visit, including a table and umbrella for the deck — perfect for enjoying the outdoors. I also noticed phone chargers conveniently placed in the drawers for guests who may have forgotten theirs, which is such a considerate detail. My husband loved his peaceful morning walks, and we both appreciated returning each day to a cool, comfortable, and inviting home. Looking forward to our next visit!

Bri and Kyle were great hosts. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house is clean and spacious with a wonderful porch and outdoor space. Lots of closet space in each bedroom, kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and appliances. We would recommend and stay at The White House again next time we are in Tennessee.

VERY clean, comfortable, and with near-new stuff inside this home! Lots of extras - coffee pods including decaf, bathroom towels, and kitchen pots and pans. VERY quiet and private location overlooking woods with back and front porch chairs to relax in. We enjoyed reading and relaxing after spending the day in the car. The mattress was a little firm for my husband but I slept great!

Jenna and Jason are hands down the best Air BnB hosts I’ve ever had !! They make your experience personable with cute little touches inside the cottage! The pictures of the home simply don’t do it justice, the home is so beautifully decorated. Jenna and Jason truly go above and beyond for their guests with recommendations, great communication and truly getting to know their guests!! I highly recommend!!!

It was such a great little spot. The directions are not accurate using Airbnb. We called Elizabeth and she helped us. It's just so nice and convenient to boat.

Everything was perfect! Cliff is a great host! We put our boat in a temporary slip across the road and had a three minute walk to the marina! Each day we would leave our condo, roll our cooler over to the $2.25 ice machine in the marina parking lot, buy a little more ice than we thought we’d need because Tennessee is hot, then spend the day on the lake. Like I said, everything was perfect!!

My kids and I enjoyed our stay at Karen's place. This is a beautiful spot, quiet and peaceful yet easy to get to. There were plenty of thoughtful touches, such as reserved parking spaces, a welcome basket, and plenty of towels and linens. The kids (and dog) enjoyed walking around the pond in the evenings. The first day, I bought a cute coffee mug from the thrift store on the property and enjoyed coffee on the porch from it the next morning. We chose this spot because it is convenient to the Cumberland Gap National Park, and it did not disappoint.

This was a lovely quick getaway overlooking the lake It was wonderful to sit out on the patio.
