The apartment is perfectly positioned with Old Leigh cockle sheds and pubs a 3-minute walk down the hill and the shops & cafes of Leigh just 3 minutes walk up the hill. The apartment has a splendid view of the estuary from the main living area. There are 2 bedrooms, one of which has a view of the sea too! Being a ground floor flat there is easy access to the shared lawn outside. There is a designated car-parking space. Leigh station is a 15-minute walk away and 55 mins from London Fenchurch st.

Lovely studio for two in central Leigh on Sea

This is a very calm space decorated in F&B elephants breath paint with contrasting furnishings. A double bed + a sofa bed + travel cot. Small kitchen with sink, fridge, hob, tea and coffee making facilities and a toaster. Dinning table & 2 chairs. A microwave is situated in the utility room on the landing outside the studio door. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available

Amazing character 3 storey house dating from 1860’s with sea views, modernised and expanded in 2009 to provide 3 king size luxury bedrooms, (2 with en-suite) 1 large dressing room, 1 large family bathroom with bath, sink, large walk on shower and double sinks and large open plan ground floor set over two levels with large luxury sitting room, stepping down to open plan dining area, kitchen with central island unit and rear seating area with bi-fold doors opening onto a luxury garden area.

Welcome to a home by the sea. Located just minutes from the coast, our lovely little flat offers an idyllic escape with beautiful panoramic views of the ever-changing Thames Estuary. The historic Leigh-on-Sea Old Town and beach are just minutes away and the vibrant New town with shops, bars and restaurants, just a short walk up the hill. It’s our family home so whilst it isn’t a five star hotel room or luxury boutique cottage you will find it is a clean, tidy and functional place to stay.

Hidden Gem overlooking the sea . 1 minute walk to old Leigh bars , pubs and restaurants. As close to the beach as you can be. Modern decor with a log fire and a 7 seater Hot tub to enjoy the beautiful views of Leigh on Sea. New MicroCement Tiled Bathroom with Bath and Shower. The property will sleep 5 people comfortably it offers one large room with a king size bed. A single room with single bed and a large cozy sofa bed. Not a better spot for a trip away or a holiday in the area.

This is a hidden gem. Don’t let the nondescript entrance and foyer for the communal areas put you off, the apartment is fantastic. Spotlessly clean with lots of personal touches, comfortable and functional. Will use again.

I have just spent 3 lovely nights here with my 2 young daughters. Elaine and Ian were quick to respond to my emails and to confirm the booking. It’s a gorgeous flat in a lovely location, close to all you could need. Spotlessly clean, spacious and a home from home with the most comfortable beds. We had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend this gem of a find!

We had a great stay at Karen's. The accommodation was beautiful and had everything we needed. The roof top balcony was gorgeous in the sunshine. Karen couldn't have been more welcoming, and Leigh-on-Sea had a lovely high street with some amazing restaurants and cafes.

Nigel was the perfect host and his apartment was ideal for my stay. Spacious, bright, multiple balconies, great amenities with lots of towels and comfy bed and furnishings. Apartment is nestled in amongst some lovely restaurants, bars and cafes and a short 8-10 min walk from the bars on the seafront. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely be booking Nigel’s place.

Rebecca’s home is an outstanding place to stay. At one end of the road are all the restaurants and bars you could ever need, at the other end is the sea. Rebecca and Si are wonderful hosts and the room was a delight I can’t recommend this too highly.
