You will have a whole separate and independent apartment on the second floor of the house. The hosts live on the ground floor. Connected to wifi and and only 1 hour away from Brisbane, 1 minute drive to the beach and 1 min drive to the supermarket, post office, petrol station, and restaurants. Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.
