Waterfront holiday rentals in Bellariva

Accommodation in a pedestrian area, however, thanks to the directions of the host Elisa, we unloaded our luggage right behind the house and luckily there was a free parking space where I left the car for the entire stay, but otherwise there is a large parking lot not far away. The apartment is practically on the beach, just across the street and right by the lifeguard (Mario baths) we also enjoyed it here. So for me, a more than positive experience. Thank you Elisa!

Linda, and her apartment, are the ideal solution for those who want to feel good in Cesenatico. Linda is a kind, practical and extremely friendly person. She loves the space she offers, and this can be seen in every detail. The apartment is perfect: top floor of a beachfront building, with balcony over the entire perimeter. It's new, super bright, and stocked with everything. The location, also thanks to the electric ferryway that crosses Porto Canale, is a short distance from the center and Levante beach. There were four of us and we had a great time. Thanks Linda!

Extraordinary location and very clean house, we had a great time.

Unfortunately, my family and I only stayed at Alberto's for the weekend. The apartment is a delight, just as you can see in the photos. It is clean, bright, quite spacious and cared for in every detail. The terraces available in the apartment are really nice and comfortable both for hanging clothes and for having an aperitif outside, and they overlook a very quiet area. Although the area is not particularly busy, it is very close to both the beach and the promenade, so it is very convenient for services. As soon as he welcomed us, Alberto gave us a tour of the apartment and the garage (another extremely positive note of this accommodation) and immediately made himself available for any of our needs and questions. I 100% recommend this apartment and we will definitely be back!

Nice modern apartment with comfortable beds; lovely beach views. We needed to make some use of the air conditioning as the weather was so hot during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this airbnb. The appartment is cozy and clean, while its location is perfect and the neighbourhood is peaceful.

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for the holiday. Furthermore, it is located directly on the beach, there are good restaurants nearby and the owner has negotiated discounts for visitors with some of them. The communication was very quick. All in all, a nice apartment and a very nice vacation.

We are traveling with a 3 year old kid and were looking for a nice place for the whole family to stay in Fano for a week. Stefano made our stay here just great! Stefano was very helpful during check-in and check-out time, he met us for an early check-in and was super flexible with the late checkout as well. This was very convenient for us and much appreciated! Location is great- an easy walk to the beach (where Stefano have arranged sunbeds and umbrellas for all of us), and a short walk to the downtown too! the place has parking space for the car, and includes breakfast options, which we used daily. Overall it was a beautiful experience, our family gad a great time here!

Beautiful place to stay, we felt right at home. Stefano was always available, even quickly when we needed help. The accommodation offers everything you need and even more. It is superbly equipped. You feel right at home!! The accommodation is very central, you can get everywhere on foot. We liked it very much and were grateful to have Stefano as a host! Gladly again!!

The four of us spent two days in Fano to relax on the beach and explore the old town. The apartment offers a perfect starting point. The amenities are good, the sleeping options too. Everything was super clean. There are two terraces and fly screens in the windows. Arianna and her mother welcomed us very warmly with a bottle of sparkling wine and snacks.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Barbara and I stayed at Villa Mariella from June 19 to 24, 2025. A wonderful villa, immersed in an oasis of peace, green, silent and well cared for. Mariella and Marco are super kind, friendly, generous, nice and cheerful, in short, two wonderful people who made us feel at home! We will definitely be back because we had a really good time!

The reception by Elisa was fantastic. She had even taken the trouble to arrange an interpreter. We could ask anything and get an immediate answer. A very beautiful environment with fine beaches. The place itself is also very cozy with lots to do. You won't get bored. A very nice house, with a lovely garden. Everything very clean. We enjoyed so much that we want to come back next year.

For over two weeks, we enjoyed the beautiful house of Rosie and Salvo together with our two pugs. The house is spacious, private but still close to the beach and center of Fano. The house has a beautiful garden. Anything you need is present. Salvo and Rosie are quick to reach and helpful. Well equipped apartment ( missed only a water boiler). Good light inside. Very nice view from the balcony, great for two to sit. Like sitting on the roof of Rimini. Well functioning internet. Good space. Rimini is much more than the beach, great restaurants, local residents around, culture.

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return!
