My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful, well kept, condo. The location was perfect and within minutes of Clearwater, Largo, and Indian Rocks Beach with Tampa being under half an hour away as well. We had a great view of the ocean and beach on both levels with a private and easy access. The ocean is shallow and waves small for quiet a ways which makes it conducive for families with kids. The pool was warm and inviting at all times. And of course, the weather was absolutely beyond compare, especially for Thanksgiving week. The condo itself, is beautiful, spacious, and modern such that we did not want to venture out much. We truly had everything we needed to make it a great family vacation.

Stephen was great! He was extremely responsive and on top of everything! We had a situation arise out of his control and he took the initiative to contact Airbnb for us so we did not have to and could enjoy the rest of our vacation! Would love to stay again if I come back to the area!

We often come down to Indian Rocks for our April break and this is possible the nicest place we have stayed, absolutely gorgeous, we would love to come back!! Such a beautiful and relaxing vacation.

Magdy described her place well, you had the comfort of home and the space you needed as well as a great neighborhood to go to and the safety of a neighborhood that you felt comfortable in. My husband and enjoyed the place and when we go back will look her location to go back to 😊

We had a wonderful stay with Juli and Brian. They were actively ready to help and assist us at any time, and were truly friendly. They provided many useful amenities, such as the bikes, which truly helped us get around and explore Clearwater. The unit had a very home-like feeling and was truly welcoming. As for the location, it was perfect for us as it was right next to everything. It was a 5-minute walk from the grocery store, as well as a 5-minute walk from a trolley that travels down to Clearwater Beach, as well as St.Pete Beach. Additionally, there were a lot of fun locations to bike to in the area. Absolutely would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave! The accommodations were perfect for us. Great location for shops and restaurants. Staying outside of Clearwater was the best choice for us. Loved the night time quiet but enjoyed the short drive to the hustle of the beaches. We will be back to Nella’s place. It was perfect.

Wonderful stay – highly recommend! I had a fantastic experience staying at Mark’s place. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect—close to everything. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We really enjoyed our stay at Micheals' beach house so much!!! Everything was beautiful with the coastal interior vibes, fresh and very clean, and proximity to the beach! The furniture was comfortable, a huge tv to watch our shows on the rainy days, the beds were so very comfortable and a full kitchen that had everything you'd need to cook... The gas bbq was so convenient, especially for us Texans! All of the amenities provided was so greatly appreciated from the bbq, tv, wi-fi, to beach gear and beach towels. Another great thing was a very nice deck we sat out on drinking our coffee and watched the the beach and enjoyed the rain and not get wet! The beach access was extremely close as well. Thank you Michael for being so accommodating when we asked for adjusting our check in/out time, and informative about the surroundings and procedures for check in/check out! We had a very enjoyable stay and we look forward to returning to your beach cottage and highly recommend to others!

1000/10 RECOMMEND !!! Love love love the aesthetic of this place, Jeremy was super helpful and accommodating and the space has absolutely everything you need! Loaded closet with all the beach supplies you need AND a wagon to tote it all around! The space was super cozy and also got a cute little welcome basket with things to use during your stay! We will definitely be coming back to this space for our annual florida trip!

Fabulous stay while we were in Clearwater! Immaculate place, very well stocked and equipped from kitchen, to cleaning supplies to towels and linens! Felt right at home. Great communication with the host. Walkable to a shops and restaurants. Felt very secure in a gated community. All the amenities we could ask for. Really enjoyed our stay. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet peaceful vacation. Hugh’s condo is located right next to the beach, with lots of great food options within walking distance.

Wonderful place. Agnes communicated clearly and checked up on us the whole time we were there. The condo was stocked with everything we needed: linens, paper products, stuff for the beach and even basic supplies for cooking. The condo complex was well maintained. It is one of the cleanest places we’ve rented. And the mattress was firm, not needing replacing. We will definitely stay here again.

We are locals and wanted a place to come to for the beach and enjoy the quiet. This was a mini get away for us to remember how much my dad enjoyed the ocean. Today is the anniversary of his 1 year passing. We all enjoyed how beautiful the air bnb was. The pool was great and the hot tub. We thank you for allowing us to come stay at your lovely air bnb and hope to come back again one day.

We had a great stay. Condo was very comfortable and nice. Location was convenient to everything and beach was very nice and quiet. It was our first visit but we will definitely be back next y.

Place was clean and nice. Room was directly across from hotel pool and beach. Walking distance to John’s Pass. Paid parking lots next door if you have visitors.

I loved my stay. Amy was wonderful and helpful. We stayed in #3, which is in the back. it was quiet and secluded. Will have to come again.

I don’t generally leave reviews, but this was an exceptional place to stay! My husband even commented that this was his favorite of all the places we’ve stayed!! Check in and check out we’re both so incredibly easy. The beach was beautiful and very private and the entire building was so clean. April had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, to linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc…And the views from the large balcony are absolutely breath taking. We’ve already agreed that this will be the place we book again next year!

Very clean, great location! We were there for a concert at the England Brothers Park. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Hosts were quick to respond with a couple of questions I had.

This was our 2nd time staying here. Love the location, close to beaches and a lot to do. The restaurant next door was fantastic. The Airbnb was just as described. Cleaned and had all the amenities as described. Loved staying here and will be back again.

Very nice hosts, well- stocked kitchen and bathroom, great water pressure, and access to the laundry room. Beautiful outdoor space including grill and hot tub! All in all Liz's place is very nice for the price! Would stay again:)
