My place is good for solo, adventurer, and business travelers. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around me, and a closeby park that one can always go there for relaxation. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the safe neighborhood!

This cozy basement studio is designed with a queen size bed, bathroom with individual shower and small kitchenette with a separate side entrance. It is centrally located and near highways, local mom and pop shops and grocery stores within a mile. If you’re 5’11 or above, it may be uncomfortable as you enter in height as it’s a basement studio space.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.
