this mini loft was completely redone in a former keychain and pine factory. It is located at the back of the quiet courtyard and enjoys a beautiful light all day thanks to its canopy. I will be available to assist you throughout your stay. In case of absence my sister and co-host is available to help you. Located close to Canal Saint-Martin, Place de la République and Le Marais, the neighborhood is full of restaurants, hipster shops and nightlife, all close to metro lines that will allow you to explore the city. a 3-minute walk from the Republic Metro and its many lines serving all of Paris.

Véritable atelier d'artiste, dans une petite rue qui part de Pigalle. De nombreux peintres ont habité l'immeuble depuis sa construction au 19 ème siècle. L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

In one of the small streets behind the church Saint Germain des Prés, in a house built in 1650, a cosy two-bedrooms-space is waiting for you. One bed is 180cm large, the other one 160cm. Two toilets, one bathroom with an extra large shower. I lovingly renovated and refurbished this historical place. It’s calm and charming, with old stones and wooden beams. Just around the corner: shops, restaurants, jazz musicians, legendary cafes and famous adresses.

The loft is located less than 150 meters from the Ourq canal in Pantin. It measures 54m2. It is light and spacious. It has a green terrace and is on the first and last floor of a quiet, secure and design building. The organization of parties, evenings and/or gatherings is strictly prohibited. I live on the same level, in case of abuse you will have to leave the apartment immediately, you will no longer have access to the accommodation.
