Apartment is located in peaceful area. It offers spacious terrace ideal for enjoying your breakfast or evening glass of wine. In close vicinity from the Old Town and the beach (15 minutes walking distance). Supermarket, organic food store, local market, cafes, small shopping center, etc. is also easily reachable by foot.

Welcome home in Dubrovnik! You will feel the serenity, the peace, the special ambience, you will feel arrived and relaxed. Our home with our two apartments lies above the Bellevue beach and is 13 minutes walking distance from the old Town of Dubrovnik. It is peaceful and green, near the beach but very central and quiet. Everything you need is in this 56 qm2 apartment. It is perfect for two people or even three and the parking is free in our garden as well.

The apartment is located in a peaceful area , cca 1200 met or 15-20 minutes walking from historical Old city . It is situated in the ground floor and consists of the bedroom, well equipped kitchen, bathroom , garden and private terrace. NOTE: We have not private parking place. It is very difficult / almost impossible/ to find free parking place in the street near apartment at the moment you need. Parking for payment is about 300-400 met from the apartment.

Apartment Klara is situated in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, about 20 minutes walk from the Old Town and 300 meters away from two beaches.Bus stop and supermarket are 50 meters away from apartment. Apartment is completely new with separate entrance.There is air-condition, wifi and tv . Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a small terrace where you can enjoy in calm evenings.

Central Cozy Apartment is a beautiful and comfortable apartment suitable for everyone. It is located near Dubrovnik's Old Town and is well connected to all other parts of the city. Shops, restaurants and cafés are nearby and within walking distance. Bellevue Beach is just 250 meters from the property. Accommodation has free private parking and an elevator. Gorica is peacefull part of Dubrovnik that lies 1,5 km of the Old Town. The interior is mostly green and calm with plenty of attractive sea views and some excellent restaurants.There are two beaches in 5 minutes walking distance from the apartament.

We offer free Wi-Fi and parking, Apartment is just 2 bus stops or a 10-minute walk from the UNESCO-listed Old City of Dubrovnik. There is a pebbly beach only 200 metres away. The apartments are all air-conditioned and have a terrace and a kitchen!
