Holiday rentals with a patio in Bellinzona District

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Matina sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt für Spaziergänge und Baden an der Maggia oder Melazza - was auch unserem Hund gut gefallen hat. Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! 🌟 Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben – wenn nicht sogar noch besser. Alles war extrem sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die traumhafte Aussicht – einfach atemberaubend! 😍 Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend – man hat sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Es war wirklich an alles gedacht, sodass wir unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen konnten. Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen! 💯🙏

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist geschmackvoll & funktional eingerichtet. Die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore, die Täler & Berge ist spektakulär.

Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr geniessen. Es war alles vorhanden und der Weg zum See und ins Zentrum kurz und Verkehrsarm. Auch die Bushaktestelle fastvor dem Haus war angenehm. Viele Möglichkeiten, auch mit ÖV, die Umgebung zu erkunden. Topp!!!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa casa a Minusio! La posizione è davvero ottimale: tranquilla, ma vicina a tutto il necessario. Il vero punto forte è il balcone: spazioso, arredato con gusto e con una vista spettacolare sul Lago Maggiore – ogni tramonto era un vero spettacolo! La casa è accogliente, pulita e ben attrezzata, perfetta sia per rilassarsi che per esplorare la zona. Il host è stato super disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande e a darci consigli utili per godere al meglio della vacanza. Consigliatissima per chi cerca comfort, bellezza e tranquillità con una vista da sogno!

Die Unterkunft ist so toll gelegen, ruhig und ungestört als Eckwohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse und kleiner Wiese. Alles war sehr sauber, die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Rebecca war immer schnell erreichbar und das Begrüssungspackage mit ein paar Lebensmittel sehr aufmerksam und freundlich von ihr. Es waren extrem erholsame Ferien mit Baby und wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

This was a 10 star experience! We absolutely loved our stay in Luciano and Katia’s house. It was perfect. The train is conveniently located within minutes of the house. Though it was near, you could not hear the train. It was quiet. The location is beautiful, in a valley between the Swiss Alps on one side and the Italian Alps on the other. We loved riding bicycles along the small farms nearby. Luciano is the friendliest host we’ve ever met, always eager to enhance our stay. He showed us the gorgeous scenery in different areas nearby. This house is the most well equipped we’ve stayed in with Airbnb. They generously supplied coffee, breakfast cereals, fruit, milk, juice, spices, cooking oil, and more. We would highly recommend this house and we would definitely return when we come back to Switzerland. Thank you Luciano and Katia! We had a wonderful week.

I stayed in this home as I attended the 18th ICML congress in lugano, the place is excellent, neighborhood is quite, it takes 10-15mins by bus to get to the congress center. I will look for this place again in 2027

Wir haben uns in der Casa di Kokoro wie zu Hause gefühlt - es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Haus ist großartig ausgestattet: in der großen, gemütlichen Küche ist wirklich alles, alles da was man braucht um zu gut zu kochen und sich wohlzufühlen, und auch alles was wir sonst benötigt haben war da - ob ein zusätzliches Kopfkissen, einen Babystuhl oder Badezimmerartikel. Alles war perfekt sauber und sehr wohnlich. Das Haus ist deutlich geräumiger als auf den Bildern, wir hatten reichlich Platz (als zwei Familien mit kleinen Kindern). Besonders gut für den Winter: es war sehr angenehm temperiert (Fußbodenheizung in den Räumen), und der Kamin in der Küche sorgt für Gemütlichkeit. Amanda war als Host sehr aufmerksam und freundlich: Der Kühlschrank war mit einigen Leckereien bestückt, sie hat mehrfach nach uns gefragt und uns direkt geholfen. Die Lage ist ruhig, ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderer oder Boulderer, und es gibt klasse Tips von der Gastgeberin noch dazu.

Wir 12 Pers. von 17 - 80 Jahre alt verbrachten ein Wochenende im Apartement Amore, Grande und Rustico. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen besonders der Hot Pot war ein Highligth für die Jüngeren. Der Innenhof ist sehr gemütlich und gross. Wir hatten auch alle Platz im Grande um zusammen zu Frühstücken. Waren und Sandra waren sehr hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und grosszügig. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

Gîte conforme au descriptif. Très paisible, idéal pour se reposer au coeur de la nature tout en étant assez proche des centres d'intérêt de la région (Locarno, Lugano, val Verzasca...). Intérieur spacieux et confortable. Nous avons profité et apprécié les aménagements extérieurs (table sous la pergola, chaises longues...). Nous recommandons fortement pour ceux qui voudraient se reposer et visiter la région.

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und so wie beschrieben. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, ein Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Luciana hat immer schnell geantwortet und war sehr freundlich. Wir würden es jedem weiterempfehlen!

We were a group of five. We all really enjoyed the stay, especially the beautiful garden was a highlight. The house was really clean and we had everything we needed. The surrounding is really quiet and you have a great view. You only have to walk 2min to the next busstation and from there you can take the bus to the center (10min). Also the communication with Nora was great. She answered really fast and she was really kind and flexible! We couldn‘t have had a better experience, we would definitely come back!

Mit kleinen Kindern etwas eingeschränkt, das war aber schon vorher bekannt. Gut ausgestattet und wirklich schön hergerichtet. Neu renoviertes Badezimmer.

Der persönliche, sehr freundliche Empfang hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung hat alles was es für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Sehr sauber, sehr gutes WLAN, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Tolle Basis als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im wunderschönen Tessin

La maisonnette est très atypique. Elle est probablement plus agréable en été qu'en hiver, car il faut sortir par des escaliers extérieurs pour accéder aux chambres du 1er étage, et la maison est très humide. La vue est exceptionnelle: sur l'un des château de Bellinzone et sur la vallée. L'accès est rapide depuis le centre-ville et la gare. Tout proche de la vieille ville adorable de Bellinzone et ses restaurants (Pour se rendre à la casetta: Attention à ne pas suivre l'itinéraire donné par google maps, car une ruelle est fermée à la circulation: il faut se rendre jusqu'à l'auberge de jeunesse. et de là il y a une centaine d'escaliers à escalader pour atteindre la maison)

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und einfach zu finden dank Carin's genauen Anweisungen. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls gut. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt sehr in dieser ruhigen Gegend und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

One of the most stunning locations you can imagine on Lugano. Right on the lake, 3 storeyed and superbly kept. Don't think. Just go for it if you are considering Lugano. Fantabulous views.

I booked a one-night stay en route from Luzern to Milan. The listing was as described, and though it was fairly bare bones, I had everything I needed for a short stay. It was away from the crowded areas though still easily commutable by bus and even walkable. The view of the lake was lovely, and I especially loved the honeysuckle-lined path to the garden.

Beautiful Apartment - Beautiful Views - Beautiful Town 10/10 We had a great stay at Annamarie's beautiful apartment - the location and views from the balcony are superb and like all the other reviews here, were simply stunning which makes this home such a stand out. Contact with Annamarie was excellent and she was always very responsive to any communication. The apartment was extremely clean & well presented and had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay - we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The location within easy walking distance of the train station was a big PLUS point for us as we arrived from US via plane & multiple trains - note to future foreign guests arriving at the weekend - get your grocery provisions ahead of time as shops & supermarkets are closed all day on Sundays.

This apartment was absolutely amazing. It’s super clean, great location, and has everything you could need. Sabina and Stefan were also the best hosts I could’ve asked for. Very kind, responsive, knowledgeable about the area, and helpful with anything we needed. If you’re hesitating to book, please do it. You won’t regret a thing.

Die Kommunikation auch schon im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und die Anreise war somit einfach und entspannt. Wir wurden, als wir ankamen, ganz herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist toll und wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Es ist alles durchdacht und fehlt an Nichts. Das habe ich bisher selten erlebt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und ich kann diesen Ort zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
