Julie was an amazing host! I felt that everything she had to offer was spot on! Greenwood Lake is a beautiful place and we wanted to stay longer! This place is a photographers dream! When we arrived check in was easy! The place was as described and clean! We can’t wait to bring our family back! Julie does have rules in place for check out that we followed and they were easy! I’m a firm believer in a host setting rules for people to keep their place in tip top shape and enjoyable for the next guests! We cannot wait to book with Julie again! Thank you so much!!

The space was exactly as-advertised in the pictures: well-kept and well-appointed, located in a serene and peaceful location in the countryside. Check-in and check-out were very simple, and we had everything we need for our stay including a useful guide to the home and some local activities. The home itself was a great blend of rustic and modern and had more amenities than we could imagine. We especially appreciated the spacious, warm, and well-equipped kitchen. Definitely worth staying if you are looking for a getaway to the Hudson River Valley!

The property with its flowing creek is absolutely beautiful and the suite is perfect. It was clean and secluded with an amazing view from your private deck. Chad and Anastasia place is like how they say it is. It is built with love and care, it really showes in how they renovated the place and how they decorated the place. I appreciated their friendliness and their kindness in communicating with us, we had some minor problem with the unit but they responded quickly and handled it professionally. I highly recommend booking with them good people with good values, I would definitely come back to Chad and Anastasia's place.
