Holiday rentals with lake access in Bellville

This was hands down the most incredible Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Kurt’s place is such an incredible and spacious house with a lake in the back you can swim in (comes with a rope swing). The house is spacious and beautiful with the most fantastic views. WiFi is also great the house is equipped with everything. It’s in an estate and is extremely safe and in a great location. The backyard has tons of nature from a mini pond with fish to a full lake where you can swim and canoe. Kurt and his family were extraordinary hosts and went out of their way for all of our requests. I highly recommend to anyone considering!

We had a very comfortable stay at The Old Boat House. We arrived exhausted from a long flight and received a warm welcome from the owners - Helen and John. Helen had left a starter pack of eggs, bread, cheese, milk etc which was a lovely gesture. Lots of other little touches, that made our stay really comfortable. Helen really has thought of everything a traveller would need for a relaxing stay. The garden is private and tranquil with lovely views across the lake. Full of flowers and greenery, a beautiful place for morning coffee and for relaxing during day and evening. We sat for hours watching the wild life and the many birds that visit the garden. We will definitely return in the future.

We had such a lovely stay. The neighborhood was so peaceful and the views and gardens are spectacular! The house is amazing! Country living but with a modern look to it. The folding doors were a perfect match for the weather that we felt like inside and outside were one! Fully kitted with everything a home from home needs. WiFi was great and fast too - never had complaints from the kids 😊 This really is a favourite for me and I’ll happily return anytime!

The House on the Lake is a beautiful, peaceful getaway. Perfect place to take it slow, unwind and recharge the soul. Alex has gone the extra mile to have everything needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend House on the Lake to anyone!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It’s a beautiful home, very well equipped and a gorgeous green garden. We especially loved sitting outside, the pool and enjoyed the many cosy places inside and out to curl up with a book. Christian and Alta were very welcoming, warm and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here and hope we can do so again.

I felt at home as well as my team. This place was exactly what we needed to rest and relax with our grueling schedule. This place is spacious and I will definitely look first to see if it’s available when I need a spacious place to stay in Cape Town.

Awesome apartment and awesome host

If you are looking for a stylish, comfy and beautiful Airbnb, you came to the right place. We felt at home immediately. You will be staying at a farm in a private studio with your own garden, where you won’t be disturbed, but feel still safe and kindly cared for with you need help. The bed is comfy, the bathroom very clean, the kitchenette has everything to prepare a good meal and you can also braai outside. The place exceeded our expectations!

Derek house is in a perfect location if you want to visit Cape Town, enjoy the beach and run/walk around. The house is exactly as described by Derek, very comfortable, clean and exactly in the center of sea point area. We will recommend to anyone will come to Cape Town for a vacation. Last but not least, the communication with Derek was very quick and easy.

Chloe was very responsive and helpful. I was a bit turned around when looking for the place but a quick search on google maps fixed that. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with all the listed amenities. It i's located in a safe area and the building is access-controlled. It is right next to a mall and I reached pick n pay in about 4 minutes by foot. The beds were quite comfortable and the internet connection was very reliable. Since there are many apartments around, it can get a bit noisy at night, but nothing too loud.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful flat in Cape Town! The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The view of Century City and the iconic Table Mountain was absolutely breathtaking—perfect to wake up to every morning and watch the incredible sunset in the evening. Safeera was very helpful and responsive, making check-in and any questions during the stay completely hassle-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Cape Town! I will definitely return on my next visit.

If you are with two people traveling for work this apartment is ideal as each can have his own bedroom with his own bathroom as well, while in the daytime it is possible to cook and chill downstairs. The area is very safe and nice looking. So it is a good base from which to explore from.

Sebastian is a great host and was always available on what we needed. The flat was in the most beautiful place and extremely peaceful and a great break away from city life.

We had such a lovey stay at Shane's farm. The location was perfect - down a beautiful quiet farm road, and close to top wine farms such as Rust en Vrede and Uva Mira. Also very easy to make a trip into Stellenbosch village. The home was cosy and authentic, with lovely fire places for cold nights. We enjoyed experiencing farm life, with sheep, turkeys and donkeys passing by, and Shane and her husband were very kind in involving my son in the feeding of the animals. We will definitely return.
