Old Cherry House Rivoria

Beautiful two-room apartment in a newly restored sixteenth-century rustic building. It is very quiet: it can be reached on foot by a short path. The house is located in the center of the ancient medieval village of Rivoira, next to the community's wood-fired oven and near the ancient grape press. The town is located at an altitude of about 500 meters at the entrance to the Vigezzo Valley, and the building overlooks the beautiful Ossola valley, in front of Moncucco and Domobianca.

Access by car is not possible in winter. If it snows, you can take a sleigh or skis from the village directly to the house. You'll love it for the tranquility and vastness of the spaces, the views towards the lake and mountains, the intimacy, the exposed ceiling, the comfort, the large lawn around. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

The apartment is located on the second floor of an Art Nouveau house built in the early 1900s, completely renovated respecting the characteristics of the time and divided into 6 apartments for your holidays. The new and vintage-style furniture keeps the slightly retro flavor of the house intact, making each space special and unique. The entrances are opened with a code for easy check-in. We have a space for the storage of motorcycles, bicycles or other.

We built this little house for ourselves with love. It is close to our home, but it has an unobstructed view and preserves your privacy. You will feel right at home.
