A lovely spacious apartment overlooking the water. Peaceful and quiet surroundings, full kitchen with all the utensils needed to cook a lovely meal. The apartment was comfortable with lovely lounge chairs and dining suite. Plenty of parking and a lovely quiet street. Bill is friendly and happy to chat. We had a great weekend and relaxed. Look forward to coming back again.

We found the apartment to be spotless (and we are fussy!), well equipped with thoughtful touches like a beach bag with towels for use during our stay and an info book with recommendations for eating etc. A very short stroll to beach which was lovely. Shops, cafes, bars and restaurants very close by but it is also quiet with the bedrooms situated at the back of the apartment. Living area is great and the balcony a lovely spot, the plants are a nice touch and makes it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom is small and the only thing I would change would be to add a little more storage space/ places to put things (in bathroom only) but this was easily solved for us by clearing the cupboard under the sink temporarily (ie; moving the hairdryer and spare toilet rolls elsewhere) then using that to store toiletries during our stay. Georgia was very communicative and proactive. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook!

Absolutely loved our stay in this cosy, clean, and super quiet home in Greta. Perfectly located just 15 minutes from the wineries, it was the ideal base for a busy wedding weekend. The property is peaceful and beautifully maintained – we only wish we had more time to enjoy it! There were horses and a little sausage dog named Wonka who definitely deserve a shoutout. We’ll be back

We had a delightful stay - the comfortable apartment was centrally located within easy walk to transport, local attractions and dining spots. Appreciated the cereal breakfast, comfortable stretcher for added bedding and the kitchen which was well equipped. Jo and Brian provided useful information and responded quickly to our queries - thanks for sharing your beautiful space.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, right above Newcastle beach so perfect for walking along the coast or to restaurant cafes. It is compact and was very clean, found it easy to park out on the street. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Yantra's place was a peaceful hideaway tucked away in Avoca. The place was clean and well maintained yet cozy, had all the amenities we needed (portable stove, pots and pans, oil, utensils, washing machine, internet, dryer). The outdoor sitting area was comfortable and overlooked the beautiful garden. The place colourful and full of personality, we felt very at home during our stay. Thank you again.

We had an amazing stay for a country family wedding. Summer was a great host from the start with her great communication and clear instructions. The apartment was beautifully fitted out and everything was so comfortable, clean and even better than a hotel. Cafes, shops was just downstairs. Waking up to the sun rise from the window looking out to the river was a great start to the day. It didn't affect our stay in anyway, but just a caution to anyone who doesn't like stairs or can't walk up many, access to the apartment might be difficult. Overall, a lovely weekend away in Maitland.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. From the moment we walked in and seen the view overlooking the water, we felt completely comfortable & relaxed. Best equipped kitchen ever! A very comfortable bed that made our stay even better after a good nights sleep. Highly recommend this apartment.

Had a great time. The place was clean and well maintained. In a cozy and modern apartment. The location is fantastic, a three minute drive will get you to the beach, IGA shops, local Cafe, or the local pub. The town is peaceful with plenty of road side parking. The host, was very helpful. Providing clear communication and places to go around town. It is a great choice for a couple to get away for a beach side holiday.

We really enjoyed our time at this airbnb and would absolutely recommend it. It was very homely with an incredible view!

We had a lovely stay over the ANZAC weekend. The unit is in a fantasy spot close to so many options for food. The walk and surrounding grounds are beautiful. The view from the apartment is stunning, looking straight over the water and it’s very pretty at night with all the lights lit up. The unit itself is beautiful with a relaxed coastal feel. Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the beds were comfy. We will definitely recommend our friends and family come to stay and we will be back for sure.

We really enjoyed our weekend at this apartment – it had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. The decor was modern and cosy, and the place was super clean. We loved how close it was to the Honeysuckle foreshore and Darby Street – perfect for dinners and a morning coffee run. The rooftop area was a lovely bonus too. The host made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Would happily come back next time we're in Newcastle!

Yarramalong Studio was a lovely place to stay. Helen was a very considerate host. Quiet neighbourhood with lots of bird life. Not a lot of grocery or food options nearby, although Asian Kitchen just up the road was a very nice surprise.

Great family place for celebrating a special occasion. Great location with lots of close options and an absolutely amazing view. There was nothing better than ending the day with a sunset spa on the roof top terrace. Felt like there was no one else in the world!

The apartment was very clean and well equipped and as advertised, with great views over Brisbane Water. Bill the host was very accommodating, and we would definitely stay there again.

Experience was great from beginning till the end. Place was nice and views were amazing. jaccuzi was hreat also. one of the nicest air bnbs ive been too. would highly reccomend
