Sandra’s home was beautiful & the perfect getaway. We stayed there while we were visiting to attend the PGA. A short drive to downtown Fort Mill, which had coffee, restaurants, and grocery stores, and only a 20-30 minute drive to Charlotte. The place was private, clean, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

This was very easy to access, clear and precise directions. Also very quick and responded to messages right away. Apartment is in a nice area and walking distance to restaurants. Will stay again!

Nitin was a fantastic, responsive host! His instructions for check in/check out and accessing the space were very thorough, easy to follow and even had visuals! Plus the space had beautiful interior design that was very eclectic, artsy, and fit our vibe perfectly. The record player was a huge bonus since my husband is a musician and we’re both music lovers. Would absolutely stay again when we’re back in Charlotte!

We had a great stay! It was very clean with all the listed amenities and true to the photos. We felt right at home. There was nothing we needed and I have nothing but positive feedback! We will definitely keep this place in mind again for a future stay when we return. 😁

Mike provided very clear instructions and was so easy to communicate with! The apartment is so cute, looks exactly like the pictures and was perfect for two adults. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels and washcloths. I forgot to pack a hairdryer and found one under the sink, my hero! The kitchen was cute, we went out to eat but it was nice to have a fridge for waters and a place to put snacks. Parking and getting into the unit were easy, the parking spots are clearly marked and well lit at night. The location is ideal for the music factory, we were in town for a concert at the Fillmore and could not have been happier with this location! I will absolutely be staying at Mike’s again for future visits to Charlotte!

Ken and Susan’s place was in a great location! It’s peaceful and quiet, but also close to the city. It was a great value, and we had a lovely stay.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Everything was absolutely beautiful, and we truly enjoyed our time at your place. We just wanted to share a few personal preferences that could enhance future guests’ experiences. Having more towels or higher-quality ones would be great—we had one thin towel per person for three nights and had to share with our toddler. It would also be helpful to have more body soap available. For pillows, we found the ones provided to be too high, which caused some discomfort, so having a variety of options would be a nice addition. We just ended up purchasing our own. Lastly, a few extra paper towels rolls would have been useful for our group of four adults and a toddler. Also, just a quick note—the labels for the master bedroom light and fan seem to be switched. Again, these are just small suggestions and in no way reflect our public review—we had a fantastic stay, and your hospitality was amazing. Thank you for providing such a wonderful space for our family!

This was the perfect location for our trip to Charlotte for a wedding. Lots of local things to do in Mt. Holly but not far from Charlotte either. Cute accommodations and matched description perfectly. Will return if back in the area!

Our youngest daughter was graduating from Nursing School. Our whole family came to celebrate. We had plenty of space and very relaxing with the lake right there. Very clean and at any point I felt like if we needed anything, all I needed to do was call and they would have made it happen. Thank you for a great stay and lots of memories!!!

I knew I didn’t want to stay in the city and driving 20 mins in for a nice spot to eat in uptown wasn’t so bad. I booked this 1 month in advanced and Mike quickly communicated as a wonderful host that he is. This was perfect because of the pet friendliness and rustic decor, but once I arrived at this location, it was more than I could have asked for. The cutest front porch with rocking chairs and a wooden front door immediately caught my eye. Once I got out the car, I noticed the expansive backyard, a dream for any energized pup. I made it into the home and was blown away of how much a farmhouse feel I received with suede cushioned wooden chairs and a comfy couch, massive bricked wood burning fire place and barnyard doors. The bonus was the vinyl record player. The kitchen had cathedral ceilings with wooden beams, beautiful cabinetry with snacks and drinks for our stay. The bedroom was perfect, minimally decorated with a beauty of en-suite and large walk-in closet. It felt like home!!

Linda's condo was exactly as it was described, and yes, the beautiful trees and scenery around it made it very peaceful. The condo is very welcoming, the furnishings made us feel right at home, and the location is great! Linda was always responsive and flexible during the process. It was a great experience! Great stay. Host was super responsive. Only a twenty minute walk from Bank of America Stadium. The place had everything a person or couple would need for a great weekend in Charlotte.
