This is a non-smoking, family oriented 1 bedroom apartment in a triplex located on Ensenada Ct in South Mission Beach. It sleeps up to 3 adults using a rollaway twin bed. We are 2 blocks from Belmont Park. Also, just a heads up that we have a wonderful yellow Labrador pup named Jojo. She can be a bit barky before getting to know you. I will make a point to catch you to introduce you to her after you check in. She is super sweet just a little protective of her yard till she gets to know you.

As of recent, new leather couches and chairs, all queen size beds (all with memory foam mattress tops), newly remodeled master bathroom, large 6-seat outdoor dining table just added, and new AC system.
