We are located in S. Mission Beach on Ensenada Ct a couple blocks South of Belmont Park. Bob and I live upstairs and offer a small 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartment (approximately 500 sq. feet each) on the ground floor to vacationers. Please note that the 2nd room is very small with twin bunkbed suitable for children or small adults, top bunk is 110lb. limit. We enjoy having guests from all over the world come to visit and love watching everyone enjoy South Mission Beach as much as we do.

This property boasts amenities, including a private sauna room adjacent to the master bedroom, outdoor jacuzzi which seats up to 5, a patio fire pit lounge, & a rooftop sitting lounge where you can enjoy sunsets & fireworks. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential appliances, including a blender & drip coffee Portable Bluetooth speaker for beach or around the property to enjoy!

North Mission Bayside Retreat *Newly Remodeled*

Fully upgraded 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor beach condo that sleeps 6 comfortably, with a maximum of 4 adults. This coastal home underwent a full remodel that was completed in April, 2021, including: new hardwood flooring throughout, kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, quartz counter tops, and furnishings. Your family will love the location of this home, just a few blocks north of Belmont Park and nestled between serene Mission Bay and the bustle of Mission Beach.

South Mission Beach Zen-Like Studio

This fully furnished second story South Mission bayside studio offers relaxed beach living. This studio sleeps 2 (Queen Bed) & 2 Boogie Boards are provided; private off street parking on premise. Bbq grill on small balcony. The unit is steps to the bay and short three minute stroll to the beach. Two beach cruiser bicycles provided which is one great way to get around the area. Please note, access to the second story is via an outdoor spiral staircase.

Modern Renovated Bayside Condo

Modern Bayside Condo, 1 block from Mission Bay, Belmont Park, restaurants, rentals, & beach activities Featuring 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed, 1 bathroom, comfortable seating in the living area, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything else you would need to prepare a gourmet meal + Separate dining area with adequate seating. We have a window AC in living/dining area and fan in the bedroom. There is no assigned parking.

Fabulous Cottage at the Beach

Newly remodeled 1940's cottage just 50 steps to the sand with fabulous beach and ocean views. Enjoy the ocean breeze from your front porch and watch people walk by. Go sunbathing and swimming, take a bike ride or a stroll on the beach, have a glass of wine and witness the most beautiful sunsets. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Ocean Beach. This bright and cozy cottage has everything you'll need to feel at home.

Place to Stay with Private Entrance near Beach

The room has a private entrance. It's ideally located in a residential area of Ocean Beach. 5 blocks to the beach, OB pier, and 2 blocks to village life, shops & restaurants. It has a queen bed, a small private bathroom with a shower, a fridge, TV, Wifi, microwave, etc. Guests will love the location and privacy! Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.
