Amazing hosting. Just like it was last year! Another year that I rent the house to celebrate my birthday and as always everything impeccable. Super clean, tidy and the location is more than perfect, close to shops, markets and easy to find! Fabrine is a 1000!!!! Always very attentive, answers all questions and very friendly. I'll definitely come back more often❤️

Selma was super gentle and answered all my questions quickly. The house is less than 20’ from BH Shopping, within the Vila Del Rey condominium, super easy to reach (all asphalted). Great place to take your PET (the house is surrounded). I went alone with my dog, and although it rained most days, Selma's home is a wonderful place (of great energy) to rest. The tv is SMART, and has internet. We stay in the room (a delight!) most of the time. Selma lives on the upper floor with access to the outside of the house, but this does not hinder the privacy offered at all. Although there are no restaurants nearby, you can order delivery that they deliver. The bathroom shower is wonderful, and has a barbecue on the outside of the house. I and Pipoka had wonderful days. If you are looking for a place to rest, it is ideal!

This apartment was perfect for us! It had everything we needed Amanda more! The hot tub was a nice addition. Everything you need is in within walking distance and the area is very safe. We enjoyed walking around the lake in the park that is just 100 yards away! Highly recommended stay!!

Great local, Ana was super attentive and helpful! It would come back easily. The only addendum that I think is valid to do is that the room is VERY hot 😅 but other than that, all perfect!

Although we only stayed one day, I think the stay was great! The space matches the description, and Alice was always very helpful and made us feel super comfortable. Not to mention the treats. I recommend it, and I would definitely come back.

Clean room, but I think it should have a scent to make it more pleasant, they could also leave more spare towels, we stayed 4 days and there was only one towel for each. No mais was good our stay. He was very helpful.

Excellent stay, super enchanted place. The photos represent the reality, but in person it is even more cozy. Rose was super attentive, guided us with all the tips. The place is so tasty that we leave little to enjoy the condominium that is also wonderful.

Impeccable, cosy and very well-equipped house, perfect for resting in comfort and tranquility. The heated pool with sauna and the parrilla gourmet area are great differentiators. Host Breno was extremely helpful from the first contact, always available and attentive. We highly recommend!

Excellent experience! Flávia has been available from booking until the end of the stay. Always giving us clear and objective instructions about the house and also several tips on what to do in the surroundings of the accommodation. The house was very clean and organized. The kitchen is super well equipped, has all the necessary utensils.

My family and I loved it. Local socegado, nature preserved, we love the chickens and turkeys loose by the terreiro, gave a look of grandma's house backyard. Many birds come to visit the site, canários chapinhas, laundress-masked, tucano, bem-ti-vi and sabiá, I could also hear the corner of the fire-abagou. The house, the rooms, backyard, pool were clean and organized, super functional the house, with utensils and appliances. Many beds and bathrooms, a children's parish, had a charmed khaki foot, we ate some mature caquis, a delight!

Da Sonia, Mr. Mauro and Flavia are wonderful and extremely attentive people. The place is wonderful, with many leisure options such as fishing, football, swimming pool and campfire. We will certainly go back. One of the hottest things about the trip was Da Sonia's availability to make wonderful food for us. I highly recommend it.

Flávio's house is great, in a very beautiful condominium and the region has many attractions. Flávio was a great host, very attentive, gave several interesting tips and was flexible with our check-in. We loved our stay and hope to return soon.

The place exceeded listing expectations. The condominium is very quiet and beautiful, with lagoons and ecological trails. The house is cozy and has good privacy. Great for resting.
