I always provide a table with coffee in the morning and you can prepare crepioca, eggs, bananas. Check-in hours on weekdays, weekends/holidays hours to be arranged temporarily.

The space is cozy, familiar, functional, close to UFMG and Mineirão. Ideal for students, people taking entrance exams, people for events and work. The entrance is common, but the rest of the accommodation is all for the guest, totally independent (kitchen, living room and bedroom combined and bathroom with closet). The kitchenette has some appliances, utensils and excellent Internet. Close to Centerminas.
