Large, airy suite with good lighting (and black-out curtains), spacious bathroom and a small integrated kitchen. Quiet location with fully independent access. Electronic lock doors and gates. Large cabinet, double-size spring bed, round table with two chairs. It has solid wood furniture, electric stove (two mouths) with hood, microwave oven, refrigerator, portable fan and Smart TV (with access to Netflix and dozens of channels over the Internet).

Room with 1 double bed, well-equipped apartment, free Wi-Fi, residential neighborhood, quiet and easy access to all regions of BH: BH downtown (4 km), Pampulha, UFMG. Small building with elevator, bakery, several supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, grocery store, salon nearby. I always provide a table with breakfast and can prepare crepioca, eggs, bananas. Check-in time on business days, end of week/holiday time to be arranged temporarily.

The space is cozy, familiar, functional, close to UFMG and Mineirão. Ideal for students, people taking entrance exams, people for events and work. The entrance is common, but the rest of the accommodation is all for the guest, totally independent (kitchen, living room and bedroom combined and bathroom with closet). The kitchenette has some appliances, utensils and excellent Internet. Close to Centerminas.

Lugar calmo, alguns passos da estação de Metrô Horto, e ponto de ônibus. Fácil para pegar Uber.

Private en-suite with 1 single bed. Entrance, hallway, kitchen and service area shared with other guests. We do not have a washing machine or a washing sink. On site, there are 4 more en-suites, 2 with single beds and 2 with 2 single beds that can be converted into 1 double bed. Our bathrooms have a shower stall with blindex glass and solar heater.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Independent suite with backyard with trees, hammock and small shared outdoor kitchen. Very charming, quiet and uniquely beautiful place in the Pampulha region, a 10-minute drive and 25-minute walk from Mineirão and UFMG.
