The apartment is great, comfortable, with excellent ventilation, on a quiet street with a bakery, market and restaurants nearby. The Internet works well for working. Jussara is an excellent host, careful with the space and with the guests!

Leonidia was a great host, friendly and attentive. We had to change dates and she was super understanding. It also made one more bed for us, we were in 3 people and for work. The accommodation was great, the house extremely clean and organized, with good space as well. The bathroom is large and the whole house is well equipped. We didn't lack anything.

The host is attentive and always responds quickly. He welcomed us with a cup of tea and fulfilled my prior request - due to the atypical cold days in Ipatinga. The house is extremely functional, everything is new and cozy. I loved the plants! 🌿🌵🌾🌱
