Lovely cozy cottage, clean and well kept property. Everything you need there for a little stay away. Not fair from lots of good walking/viewing spots if your in to walking like me. Easy to find, parking wasnt a problem at all, but is road parking. We will definitely come again.

Great stay at Jennie’s house. Loved the location for Sherwood Forest, Nottingham Castle and the Tramway Museum. Kids loved the garden and hot tub and the beds were comfortable. Would recommend.

Very well finished property in a lovely area of Nottingham. Very clear instructions of how to get there and came with a helpful guidebook of the area.

What a lovely place to stay. It was lovely and clean and the surroundings were beautiful. Easy to find and once we were there everything felt like home. The best part is waking up to the sheep each morning.

Richard's place has a lovely blend of feeling like you're in the middle of nowhere yet being only a 15 drive into thriving Buxton. It was warm, comfortable and a great size for a family get-together, with some amazing walks literally on your doorstep. We can all genuinely say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

What a lovely cottage! The views were spectacular! My daughters and I took many pictures of the countryside and of the adorable sheep grazing nearby. The cottage was perfect for resting up and refreshing between our trips to the Chatsworth House and Gardens. Absolutely beautiful cottage and was made to feel at home. Perfect location for a relaxing few days, and the dog loved the secure garden. Cottage was homely inside and had all the necessary amenities, the milk and brownies were a lovely added touch. Will definitely return, cannot fault it. Sarah was also lovely and very friendly and helpful.

The house was beautiful, and if possible exceeded our expectations. We were blessed with weather much better than that predicted, and were therefore able to take advantage of the close proximity of the property to Bakewell town, the Monsal Trail and enjoy the views from the patio at the property. We look forward to visiting again.

Just had a 3night stay here. Absolutely loved it. The caravan was very clean and had all we needed. The site is brilliant for all the family with plenty to do and a great base for exploring the surrounding areas. Highly recommend the Old Dog pub which is 5min drive from the site. We definitely book again

Beautiful cottage set in wonderful grounds with a playhouse for the little ones. The pool was great too. Such a great place to stay, and under 10 minutes from Ashbourne. Around 30 mins to kid friendly hiking/walking in the Dales. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay in Michelle and Marks place. A good location to get out on our bikes on the Tissington Trail with the kids. The kids also enjoyed the freedom of using the park area with other kids and plenty of places to walk the dog. A trip out to Carsington Water and Bakewell completed the stay. Fantastic responsive host. .

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse - the postcode took us to the farm, but the cottages were close by and easy to find. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery and there was plenty of space for 10. The kids loved the swimming pool and football field. Highly recommended.

Lovely place to stay, house and location was beautiful. Host was so welcoming and friendly. The animals on the little farm was such a lovely touch. We had an amazing time, highly recommend.

We had a lovely 2 night family break at Peacock Barn over October half term. It's a beautiful property with fantastic amenities and perfectly located for exploring the many sites and activities the area has to offer. The swimming pool and games room provided the children with a space to play and have fun which was a key factor for choosing this property. The garden was great for our dog providing plenty of space to run around and secure, providing peace of mind. It would be the perfect spot to enjoy during the summer months. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful stay at Annabel’s and will definitely be going back asap! It was perfectly peaceful with gorgeous surroundings and was even better than the pictures! The pool was much bigger than we thought and was such a joy to have, the decking area was huge with stunning views and the garden truly magical! This was great value for money! Annabel was a fantastic host and very helpful and friendly and the animals were all very friendly too! The cats didn’t come to close though as we had our dog, who had a dream just roaming free! Thanks Annabel, be back soon !

We’ve just arrived home after a wonderful stay at Petra’s property. The house was very clean, beds comfy and had loads of stuff for a baby/toddler which was very helpful! Beautiful lodge in lovely surroundings and private. Parking right next to lodge and village walkable with 2 lovely pubs. Lodge is very spacious for 2 people, comfortable bed and sofa, with the added bonus of sauna and jacuzzi bath (which we made use of). The well lit decking area is great for a peaceful drink in the evening. Kitchen had everything to be able to cook a meal. We visited Calke Abbey which is walkable with free entry to gardens and grounds if not taking a car. Plenty of walks around the village too. We

First time I’ve used Airbnb and am I glad to stay we were fortunate enough to stay at Katie’s cottage! It was exactly as described, 100% accurate in terms of the pictures and the host (Katie) herself was a genuine, amazing soul! Not many things are perfect, however this was as close to perfect if it’s what you’re looking for! Loved it!

We had a lovely time at Matchbox cottage it was very cosy and clean and had great local pubs, walks on the doorstep. Hope to visit again soon :)
