It has an induction kitchen equipped with everything, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (one double, 1 single and another room with a single sofa bed), a terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the interior, a large window overlooking the sea, Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms.

Private parking with direct access to the entrance driveway; bathroom with shower; large and bright living area with sofa bed, kitchen and balcony with full sea view; upper floor with bedroom, wardrobe, desk and dresser. The house has a large terrace as well as a garden. The independent entrance allows for social distancing.

IMPORTANT: during the winter season the house is heated with a pellet boiler located in the laundry room that is managed by us. In one of the two rooms there is a pellet fireplace and for its use a separate payment is required (pellet consumption)
