Holiday rentals with a patio in Belsize Park, Greater London

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful property in the Queen’s Park/Kensal Rise area. The spacious layout was perfect for our large family, and the stylish decor made it feel like a home away from home. One of the real highlights was the balcony terrace — absolutely perfect for enjoying the sunny London days! The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, which was great for family meals, but we also appreciated the fantastic variety of nearby options for takeaway or dining out — from breakfast through to dinner. Having a supermarket close by made things even more convenient. The location was ideal, with both Kensal Rise and Queen’s Park stations just a short walk away, giving us easy access into central London. Overall, our stay was fantastic. Harvey and Joe were both fabulous hosts — helpful, responsive, and welcoming. We’d happily return!

Kelly’s place is nice, clean and like what displayed on the photo, especially the patio outside is very cute. Kelly is very responsive and clear in description. Staying at Kelly’s place brought back my loving memory when I lived on Abbey Road years ago, thank you.

Susan was a fabulous host very responsive and accommodating with our cases prior to check in so we could start exploring. would definitely stay again. Great location between Heathrow and Central London.

Amazing stay right next to Wembley stadium! Needed somewhere close by to watch the Championship Play Off final! Walking distance from lots of food spots, Wembley outlet shops & more

Jooles and his home were perfect. The location couldn't have been better - cool neighborhood, close to public transportation, amazing backyard. And Jooles is a gem. So easy to connect with and flexible with our travels. 10 out of 10 would recommend. ☺️

Camilla was a lovely host, very accommodating and helpful . We had a v late check in and she was kind enough to accommodate us and help us. She also provided some milk and left us some coffee and bathroom essentials. Would definitely return if I was ever around London

3 nights spent in this friendly little accommodation. Very clean accommodation with everything you need (especially kitchen area)! The beds are good. Small downside about the small bathroom. Quiet neighborhood. Metro station (Jubilee line) nearby and it's easy to get to central London = 20/25 minutes for example to go to Westminster stop (Big Ben). It's really very easy! Restaurants nearby (including a good Italian). Good value in my opinion. Allan is charming and has always been responsive to our questions. We could come back without hesitation!

Great apartment in a convenient location and nice setup for working from home. Everything was nice and clean as well.

Absolutely lovely house, lots of space and nice little garden. Host was brilliant. Very responsive, checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was okay.

Our family of 7 stayed here for one night while we visited the Warner Brothers tour. The house was staged perfectly to get families excited for Harry Potter. The house was full of Harry Potter decor, linens, costumes, knick knacks, and games. We all loved it. the backyard had a great space for hanging out as well. The parking space in the backyard is greatly appreciated. We were able to fit our Mercedes v series 300D in it and that was such a relief to not have to find street parking.

Incredible place, an actual home shared with care and respect exactly the way this platform was originally intended for. Stunning house with amazing garden, super comfortable and fully equipped with anything one could need. Tasteful and luxurious, quiet area close to many parks and restaurants/shops. Hope to be back!

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. Amazing stay! Highly recommend, we had a great time. Great for kids, our daughter loved the toys and record player. Accessible to most things walking or public transit. We had a car and had to street park which ended up being no big deal. 10/10 would stay again!

This home is absolutely gorgeous, and it was such a treat to stay here during our trip to London. My family enjoyed the neighborhood setting, which made for a quieter area to retreat to after days filled with sightseeing. It was easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go using the tube, and it was especially convenient for watching tennis at the Queen’s Club. I would highly recommend!

Asta & Jann were extremely wonderful hosts I had such an excellent stay. They always communicated with me making sure I was fine. They are always there to help out would 1000% recommend staying at their property they are great hosts. Also the property is amazing in pictures and in real life will be back again soon.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

Great stay! Responsive host and amazing location. Very spacious as well. Only feedback is - utensils had very bad scratches all over them. When mentioned the host was nice enough to get us 2 new pans. Unwashed utensils as well. Would suggest to change the utensils in the kitchen.

Amazing location in London, well connected to public transport, next to a lively trendy area in Hampstead, but on a side street and super quiet nonetheless. It is just at the entrance to the Heath, one of London's treasures, please make sure to go on some long walks there. Apartment is convenient and well-decorated, and spick and span. Ruth is friendly and accommodating and communicates clearly and quickly. Would be happy to stay there again. Thank you, Ruth and Matthew!

Frank's place was great. The location is only a short walk to everything in Kings Cross; restaurants, bars, groceries, outdoor activities, and of course the Kings Cross station where you can easily get to virtually anywhere in London and beyond. The only small criticism we have is that the hottub was in need of maintenance so we were not able to use it which ended up being ok since we had so many other things to do while we were there.

Very comfortable space. Nicely furnished and stylish. The location is great, so close to overground, underground and many buses, just a few minutes walk. Simon was very helpful and flexible with check in and check out times and very prompt with communication. I always enjoyed going back to this pleasant comfortable space after busy days sightseeing and shopping. I slept incredibly well here I particularly noticed it was extremely quiet and peaceful.

It was honestly the perfect studio. I felt so comfortable and loved how quickly the hosts responded making my stay even more enjoyable. There’s plenty of food options nearby, Co-Op is like a 2-3 min walk and the space was super clean. I highly recommend and would definitely book again. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at James' stylish and comfortable flat and immediately felt right at home. The apartment is spacious with lots of natural light and expansive views of Shoreditch, especially from the large wraparound terrace. The two beds are comfy and the bathrooms are modern with good water pressure and dual shower heads. Shoreditch is a lively area and the flat is walking distance to lots of restaurants, independent boutiques, artisan food shops, and street markets. The mornings here are quiet and the nights boisterous. James is an excellent host; he was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We highly recommend staying in this flat.
