Charmant duplex de 43m2 au coeur du village de Belvédère, cosy et lumineux. Belle terrasse ensoleillée. 2 chambres dont une à l'étage avec vue sur la montagne, la deuxième disposant d'un petit canapé lit. Sdb avec douche et double vasque. Cuisine équipée (four, four micro-ondes, plaques vitrocéramiques, bouilloire, grille-pain, presse-agrumes, cafetière Nespresso, appareil raclette). Draps et serviettes fournis. N'hésitez pas à venir décompresser dans ce petit havre de paix cosy et chaleureux !

Deux lits 2 places & 2 lits simples sont disponibles. Situé au centre du village, l'appartement vient d'être entièrement rénové. Réservation à n'importe quel moment, remise des clefs sur place !

Mon logement se situe au rez de chaussée d'une maison, sur deux niveaux, au centre du village .Plein sud, sans vis à vis, Parkings aux alentours. Le village vous ouvre ses randonnées vers la Gordolaque . Chiens acceptés, prévenir. Dîners sur demande, servis sur place. Tout est compris : draps, serviettes, linge, et petit déjeuner à disposition le premier jour. Respect Covid, Reglement interieur, Etat des lieux au départ. Clefs remises par moi même . Air pur et Nature : Osez l'Aventure !

By the sea, 10 minutes by bus from the the old town , train station and the Airport, the apartment is comfy, renovated whith tadte and fully equiped. Very sunny, it is located on the 1st floor and offers a fantastic view over the Baie des Anges. The accommodation suits to families, couples, business travelers and to big groups. The businesses are at the bottom of the building, bakery, tobacco, supermarket, post-office and self-service bike station.
