Khá đầy đủ tiện nghi, khu vực đồ dùng chung cũng rất nhiều vật dụng: bàn ủi, bếp, tủ lạnh lớn,…Chị Thảo ở Home rất nhiệt tình, chu đáo và dễ thương. Home ở khu vực mặt đường cũng khá ổn, di chuyển đến các khu vực trung tâm cũng nhanh và dễ dàng. Cảm ơn Home và có dịp sẽ quay lại.

Tucked away in an alley right in the heart of the Bui Vien walking street area, it offers the perfect balance: peaceful tranquility when you need it, yet just steps away from all the vibrant energy, dining, and nightlife. The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

This was our first time in Vietnam and we noticed Yen’s listing to be a rare find — we had to book. From check-in to check-out, Yen was responsive, flexible, friendly, and overall one of the best hosts I’ve encountered in my travels. Our stay was cozy! The home was comfortable and felt just like our own. Located on a peaceful street, it was surprisingly central and convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tranquility close to city center. Will certainly return.

Great place to stay for singles. Many attractions, restaurants and bars are within 15 mins drive or walking distance. Very close to party area of the city. Host was great and very responsive and also flexible. Place was very neat and clean and the shower on the top floor and the covered balcony area and tv area are spacious to accommodate small group of people. We had a great time during our stay!

適合多人入住，Truc非常友善，回覆也很快速 浴室乾淨，蓮蓬頭水流量大熱水充足，水流大的關係會積水但很快就退。 床鋪沒有異味，房間也整齊乾淨，每台冷氣都超涼！ 備品齊全，煮宵夜沒有問題，還提供雞蛋和麵包及水。 在小巷子裡，晚上安靜且治安佳，叫車也非常容易！ 房子有點年紀，但是維持的還不錯，整體來說是很不錯的房源，推薦！

very good location, and nice decoration, totally awesome !! you can walk to benhtanh market, halal food, kafe, post office, MRT station and many more. the place very clean, full equipment you need, and bigger than I think. hoang is responsive host, his instruction very clear for us. very recommended place if you stay in ho chi minh.

We stayed in this apartment several times during a long trip to Vietnam and felt very much at home every time. The apartment has lots of light with large windows on two sides, the bed is very comfy and we liked the view. It is also exceptionally clean and cleaning service was provided during our stay. We also enjoyed the area, close to the river for evening walks and with lots of restaurants in walking distance or easily reachable by Grab. Any and Tien were very responsive to any questions we had, provided great recommendations for food in the area and were flexible about check in and check out times. Thanks a lot and we hope to be back soon!

Everything was fine. It was not very clean, although I asked for a good cleaning since I was with small children. And there was a smell of cigarettes.

Great apartment walkable distance to restaurants , convenience stores and main attractions. Being located in District One means tours will pick you up out front which is super convenient. Host really responsive ; kindly gave us a late check out for a small fee.

Wunderschöne, moderne Luxuswohnung mit spektakulärer Aussicht auf die “Ba Son” Brücke und die Skyline. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, ruhig und kinderfreundlich, mit vielen Essensmöglichkeiten und Spazierwegen in der Umgebung. Top Lage – sowohl Distrikt 1 als auch 2 sind schnell erreichbar. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Das Schwimmbad war leider nicht nutzbar, obwohl es auf den Fotos zu sehen war. Trotzdem ein absolut empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt!

I loved stayed in this beautiful Airbnb. You are in the thick of it all but you barely hear the street noise from the unit. Hosts were very helpful and even carried my suitcase up to the second floor. The little living room was quite cozy. Communication was great: Grab was easily accessible from this unit. The only thing I would bring is some earplugs from the unit upstairs as there was a washing machine running most nights late into the night and early in the morning if you are a light sleeper. I will be staying here again anytime I’m in town.

Annie's place is cleaned and in a very convenient apartment complex. It's also walkable to D1 and the city center while remaining on the quieter side of the river. I recommend staying here!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

This was an awesome experience with Annie’s accomodation. She is very kind and responsive, the accomodation was perfect for my needs and very quiet room. The surroundings are a bit busy but that’s what I expected and wanted staying in central D1

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

The apartment was immaculate and exactly as described. All instructions were very clear, the hosts were incredibly kind and communicative, and the stay was seamless and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern bei Sophie. Es war wirklich toll. Wir konnten viel zu Fuß erreichen da das Apartment wirklich zentral liegt und hatten nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt das perfekte Apartment zu entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super und sie haben immer sofort reagiert bzw. uns geholfen. Besten Dank für Alles! 5 Sterne
