**Only handheld photography or videography allowed: NO tripods please, they scratch the floor** -The large windows look out over a tamarind tree-lined street and across to French colonial-era architecture just steps from the heart of Vietnam’s most vibrant city. - Stay in my apartment that is on the 3rd floor ( no elevator ), in a quiet clean neighborhood. - The apartment can comfortably accommodate 2. - One Queen size bed with comfortable mattress. - An Android TV 55 inches with a nice speaker system brings you good ambience for films or to relax by music at night. Chromecast and Apple TV 4K are available for your use. - A iMac 22 inch is available for you to search information with the highspeed internet. - The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea and kitchen appliances to allow for home cooked meals with dishes, plates, knives , forks.. - A wash/dry machine also ready. Transportation to my place: - Taxi: from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you take a taxi to Nguyen Hue Street (downtown district 1, HCM City) and you are 1 minute away from my place. - The Building of " 90 Nguyễn Huệ street " to my place is full of boutique coffee shops and arts galleries. Take your time to enjoy some essences of the city. - Bus: if you consider using public buses, proceed to Bus 109 and arrive at Ben Thanh Station then it’s about 5 minutes walking to my place. All equipment and facilities are provided for your usage. I have been working in F&B industry and a freelance photographer for years in HCM City; thus feel free to talk to me or let’s hang out in a café to discuss about the local cuisines, fine arts, photography in the likely event that you may be interested. Staying at big Street (Ly Tu Trong) so it is really easy for you to hop in hop off taxi at the entrance of the building

Both my husband and I enjoyed ourselves at this apartment. The 80 stairs hike was taken as free exercise for all the good food we ate. But seriously, the apartment was well thought out, it had a magnifier mirror for makeup in the bathroom, funky lighting to give the apartment character, blackout curtains, filtered water for drinking, room slippers, and clean towels and bed linen. Through no fault of the host, the shower pressure was lackadaisical, the traffic noises (if you know Vietnam traffic, you know they toot their horn often) does travel to the apartment so bring ear plugs if you need quiet to sleep, 80 steps to hike up and down with your heavy luggage. The reward is a nice clean funky apartment, good location, responsive hosts, and food all around you. 2 thumbs up. I love this apartment

The best place we’ve had so far in HCMC. Everything is very well thought out from check in, to water you can refill in the lobby. Beautiful antique furniture mixed with modern design. My girlfriend actually wanted to stay here longer, but all of their places were booked out. Thats the cost of booking last minute I guess 🥲
