Villa holiday rentals in Benalmádena

We (8x 50yo M) recently stayed at this apartment and it was absolutely outstanding. The hosts were superb, with very fast, proactive, clear communication. The description of the apartment didn't do it justice as it was stunning. Everything had been thought of, every time we opened a cupboard or drawer there was another little thing that the hosts thought the guests might need. The outside seating area was outstanding with a very comfortable sofa area, plenty of sun loungers and a four poster bed in the garden. The BBQ area was a real highlight. The 5 spacious bedrooms gave plenty of room and the four bathrooms meant there was never a queue, a well stocked kitchen with cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, plenty of cupboard space, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The basement annexe was a hidden gem with its own lounge and two en quite bathrooms and its own entrance. Overall accommodation matched with excellent hosts in a brilliant location. Outstanding.

We had a fantastic girls trip! The location was perfect - close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The host provided clear instructions for check-in and was super helpful, even assisting us with organizing a food shop before we arrived. Everything went smoothly and made our stay stress-free. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Mijas! The location is perfect — peaceful and private, with a beautiful garden and stunning views over the golf courses. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The villa itself is spacious and well-maintained, with large rooms and a very comfortable common area. The pool is big and perfect for enjoying the sunny weather. Communication with the host was excellent — very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The place is great, large enough for a family and everyone has their own space and the place is very well equipped and clean. AC was good and location is nice, a short walk onto the main strip. WIFI isn’t the strongest in the bedrooms so would be tough to work there but fine for holiday. Communication was a bit confusing as it’s through an agency and so sometimes it was hard to know who to speak to but everything got resolved. Recommend to ask in advance for multiple sets of keys as it took us a few days to get a second set and as a group of 6 it was hard to coordinate. We’d recommend!

This place is a peaceful oasis. A beautiful villa set in lovely gardens and equipped with everything you need for a family holiday. Florence was very responsive and friendly, always there to answer any questions we might have.

Great villa close to the marina. Comfortable space for nine people and pool is a good size. Everyone really enjoyed their stay and Alexei was easily contactable.

We had a wonderful week. Heated pool was perfect for the kids, they bathed all day and we adults also enjoyed ourselves. The house is big enough for two families with children. Great hosting, got quick answers to questions we had during our stay. Reccommended highly.

Excellent villa and Carlos so attentive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the pool for our annual girlie summer get together. Everything catered for, great BBQ area, pool area was fantastic with sun the whole day. Separate Room & Pool towels appreciated. This is our 3rd visit to one of Carlos’ villas and highly recommend to anyone. There is a need to get uber/ or have a car to get down to beach as the walk down the road takes about 45mins and no pavement. But an uber was about €9 so we managed very well.

nice host , nice property , beds / bedding were a little lacking in quality , still ok though . overall a quiet peaceful stay and everything we needed was provided . happy to stay again . happy to recommend

Absolutely beautiful villa, couldn't recommend it more. The hosts were very friendly and helpful to us. Easy 8 min walk to the beach and to delicious restaurants and 8 mins walk to the square that had plenty of bars and restaurants. Ideal for a group of friends together or a family. Fabulous pool as well. Couldn't of asked for more. We also accidentally locked ourselves out and the hosts were so kind and accommodating to us and helped us within minutes.

A beautiful spacious villa, large swimming pool which was enjoyed by all. Outdoor area provided shade when needed. Kitchen was fully equipped with lots of pots which was very useful. Villa was lovely and clean. Bente was brilliant with her quick responses. Would highly recommend renting this villa. Thank you Bente for allowing us to have a lovely holiday.

Fantastic views! We had a lovely stay to celebrate 70th birthday with the family. Property suited us well, but be aware there are lot of steps and different levels so not ideal for elderly with reduced mobility or for small children. Hire car made it easy to do shopping and explore nearby attractions. I would not hesitate to book Casa Kodak again!

Great property in fantastic location. Had a wonderful time together with my large family. Traditional villa, recommend for families who value privacy and access to local attractions. Best part of the property is its large garden with pool, all with breathtaking scenery onto the mediterranean sea. Highly recommended.

One week spent here on a family holiday with toddler and we felt right at home with everything we required being in the villa from towels, high chair, travel cot, coffee pods etc therefore we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay throughout our visit I cannot pick any faults. The villa itself is beautifully decorated inside and out, very clean and in a peaceful, safe location with excellent views. Exactly as pictures describe. We made use of the free shuttle bus provided by the hotel across the road down to the bottom of the street/train station to walk to surrounding areas and back up again which was very useful. Ali provided lots of information prior to our stay and after, and responded to my query during therefore no issues with communication. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would come back in the future! Thank you Ali!

I dealt with Laura mainly and she was an absolute star. She was amazing with her communication, great suggestions of things to do and eat. The villa itself was insane. The pool and jacuzzi were great and the views were spectacular. The place is absolutely delightful and was just worth every penny spent. Again thank you to Laura and Kyra for an amazing stay. It really made the week special for our big group

We started our vacation by meeting , Rita, about a mile away from Finca Diez. She was very friendly and charming. We drove our rental and followed Rita in her car. The rocky dirt road was winding and narrow as we went up and up. A little scary at times, but I’m sure younger folks will find it exhilarating. As we continued about 10mph, it was breathtaking to see the beautiful scenery (except for the driver who had to keep her eyes on the road). We passed a couple of other fincas along the way and their dogs greeted us by their closed gates. We finally arrived at the gated entrance of finca Diez ,a beautiful sight. The landscape surrounding the home is well maintained with trees and shrubs and flowers. The home inside is just as gorgeous. The kitchen was small but well equipped with all your needs and we were able to adapt. Nice large dining table and a large living area. Bedrooms were spacious also. Swimming pool was spacious and breathtaking all around. A glorious stay!

An excellent destination for family/group travel. Good small pool and train station nearby. Very safe and space for two cars inside the gates. Thank you Nati!

Ana was great. She helped us with check in and run through everything with us. Solve minor issues with the villa. Very happy with the villa although the swimming pool could be better with steps of some sort to help us get out of the pool . The sauna was great .
