Holiday rentals with a sauna in Benavidez

The place is perfect, great location, comfortable, clean, Buenos Aires it is a beautiful city and Puerto Madero is a great place to stay. Luciano has a great communication and was very kind during our stay. I recommend this place.

El departamento es muy cómodo y completísimo, realmente no necesitas llevar nada para estar cómodo!!! La ubicación es inmejorable, zona tranquila cerca de todo. En el baño, impecable, encuentras amenities como en un 5*. También, en la cocina, café, te, azúcar,... Realmente Elizabeth se preocupa para que tu estancia sea agradable y cómoda!!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

El departamento es tal cual se lo describe, la cochera es una gran ventaja y es amplia, entra bien una camioneta. Luciano un genio, muy atento y amable. Lo único negativo que se podría encontrar es que no anda muy bien el aire en modo caliente para el invierno, pero tampoco es que es muy frío. Recomiendo ampliamente. Volveremos!

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

Pasé una estadía hermosa, el depto es muy acogedor, tiene una vista bonita desde el balcón, es luminoso y ameno. Marina una excelente anfitriona, atenta, cálida y predispuesta. Volveré!

The space was comfortable, clean, and well located and Veronica was very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting the city.

Mi estadía fue excelente de principio a fin. El departamento superó mis expectativas. La ubicación es bastante céntrica, con mucho por hacer y descubrir en los alrededores, lo cual lo hace ideal para explorar la zona. La comunicación fue siempre rápida y clara, y me sentí muy bien recibido en todo momento. Sin duda me encantaría volver en el futuro. ¡Gracias por todo!

es la segunda ocasión que visito el departamento de Paula en Palermo y fue una muy grata experiencia, ella es muy atenta, el condominio lindo y excelentemente bien ubicado, todo el entorno es genial. el departamento, espectacular bien iluminado y muy cómodo para viajes de turismo o trabajo. seguro que cuando visite otra vez Buenos Aires me quedare ahí! Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shopping and public transport. Vicky was a very responsive host, there was a small issue with the TV and she personally came and solved it right away. I would definitely stay again!

This place is breathtaking! Unbelievable view right over the famous Ricoleta cemetery. Wrap around balcony perfect for sipping wine and watching the sunset that is right behind the cemetery. Fabulous kitchen and modern clean bedroom, and HUGE closet going into bathroom, plus a second half bath so both of you can get ready at the same time. Restaurants and clubs right on the street below - which does lead to a bit of noise at night on weekends, but nothing awful or that earplugs can't fix (which I didn't need as I'm a sound sleeper). The hot tub on the top floor overlooking the cemetery is also fun, and we were the only ones there so had it to ourselves. Would not hesitate to recommend Soledad's place!! The location cannot be beat in Ricoleta!!

Остановились в апартаментах на месяц и остались очень довольны! во первых, прекрасные апартаменты, удобно, чисто, всё для жизни есть, полноценная кухня, что очень удобно. во вторых, чудесный комплекс, и Прачечная и спортзал и зона спа. в третьих, чудесный отзывчивый хозяин.

Muy lindo loft, de verdad mágico. Muy buena y original decoración. Amplia sala, muy funcional . Y hermoso patio para aprovechar el día, relajarse , y aunque no lo haya usado me quedé con muchas ganas de hacer un asando en el parrillero que había.

La estadía estuvo muy bien y el lugar era tal cual las imágenes. Súper aprovechable el piso con el parrillero ! Solo que no tuvimos wifi en toda la estadía y no pudo solucionarse por ser días feriados. Más allá de estos puntos volveríamos a ir !

Inolvidable experiencia de bed & breakfast en una hermosa casa y jardín. Mercedes es una gran anfitriona, siempre atenta y servicial. Sus desayunos son imperdibles!
