Framework: The quiet, the birds singing, the cool of the forest that shelters also by the wind, sometimes the sound of the waves in the background, no traffic (the house is located at the end of a dead end street, without frontside wiew from neighbours) :all the characteristics that make this place unique and exclusive. The house is rightly called "Amani" which means "peace" in Swahili ... Description: 800m2 of fully fenced garden, with swimming pool (submerged cover) 1 "plancha" grill 2 covered parking places. Alarm and remote surveillance. Beautiful structure, atmosphere "inside-out" due to the wooden terrace furnished (120m2). Ground floor: large living room + dining room with open kitchen and pantry, appliances (american fridge,dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, induction hobs, microwave, Nespresso Inissia, kettle, toaster, food processor, "raclette" and "fondue" kit) 1 double bedroom (160cm bed) with wardrobes and bathroom with shower and double wash-basin.
