Beautiful house in the Mediterranean

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with a pool, just 15 minutes away from downtown Valencia and 25 minutes away from the beach. It is a house with lots of light and vegetation, a very pleasant, modern and cozy space to enjoy with or without children. The village has everything you need and there is a park a few steps from the house. The kitchen is spacious and has all the necessary kitchenware. Housekeeping available. A few meters away is a cluster of nice restaurants with terraces.

The area was very lively, with public transport quickly to the beach and in the city. As a solo traveler, just the right thing. You can find places to eat and drink everywhere. Several supermarkets nearby. I am very grateful that I had Aurora as my host. She is very friendly, trustworthy, considerate and not intrusive! Will come again any time! Fully recommended! We had a great stay at Jochem's place! The plants were beautiful, such a lovely private terrace. The kitchen was very well equipped, great if you like to cook. The internet was great as well. Overall, a very cozy place. The location was perfect for us, in a quiet area but only a 20 min tram ride to the center of Valencia (easy to get to, only a 5 min walk or so to the stop), and less than 40 mins to the beach. Jochem was also so friendly and helpful! He shared recommendations of things to do in the area, including a medieval fest happening a few blocks away!

We had a great stay. Great loft! There are good shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity, the train is within walking distance and you can quickly get to the city center of Valencia. We felt very comfortable. Everything was available, the reception was very nice and you always had a contact person! We'd love to come back 👍🏼 Thank you!
