i recommend the house, because what we liked the most is the security in the fractionation, which the host was from a day before, during and afterwards very attentive to us and our needs. The house is comfortable, comfortable, it has everything you need from glasses, cups and pans, to washing machine, iron and parking. in conclusion we would be back with my whole family on site.

... spending a few days at Gabriel's house has been a very special experience. I arrived very late after missing my flight. No problem - I'll wait until midnight. I was starving. No problem - he took me to his favorite taqueria. I didn't have the money to pay. No problem - he lent me money. What to do in Mexico? Marcela Patricia was kind enough to let us check-in early. Check-in was very easy. She was very responsive to inquiries. The water pressure of the showers was not the best, but it still got the job done. We still loved this place and would rebook it in the future.

Carlos is a very attentive and responsive host. He met us personally and helped us get our multiple suitcases into the apartment so we could settle in and feel right at home. He went out of his way to honor our requests and make sure we were comfortable. You really could not find a more gracious host! The apartment was spacious enough to accommodate the 3 adults plus one cat. I liked the fact that there was ample parking in the guarded parking lot for our rental car. Having said that, there are lovely restaurants nearby within walking distance in case you do not want to rent a car. The beach is also at a walkable distance from the condominium. But once you see the pool, you may never want to leave! It is huge and pristine with very relaxing, well maintained environs. We spent many happy moments relaxing there during our almost 3 week stay at Playa Linda. Many thanks to Carlos for a memorable stay. You really went the extra mile for us, and I will be forever grateful.

Everything is was great and big enough for the entire family. Laureano was an awesome host very helpful and great recommendations for things to do with the whole family. Really recommend this place!

A very lovely space with a really nice view of a park from the living room/balcony area. Modern minimalist furniture yet felt cozy and right at home.

Amazing!!! We had a blast great memories the family will share. The rooms upstairs are really well separated so it provides a sense of privacy for the families staying together. Host was amazing !

The room was a a described and clean! The host was very accommodating and responsive to questions/concerns. The location is ideal for someone that is looking to feel like a local. It’s in a friendly neighborhood, near nice cafes and coffee shops! I enjoyed my stay and would recommend!

I can't say enough how much I enjoy staying at Gerardo's. He's always friendly and helpful. The apartment is absolutely wonderful and comfortable. it just has a really great vibe. This was my third stay at the tropical jungle Oasis. The location is wonderful there are so many things close by the neighborhood is safe and the whole apartment complex is absolutely charming. As for the price, you can't beat it. I feel like I got way more than I paid for. I will definitely stay again the next time I return to Cancun.

I enjoyed my first time in mexico. I loved the location of the place since it was very safe. I walked outside every night and never did i worry about my safety.

Booked Luis’s place day of for a last minute stay and he was super accommodating. Comfortable accommodation for one night with all the needed amenities. Also quite a few restaurants and shops nearby. We arrived late at night and the place was a bit hard to find but Luis gives very detailed instructions which are helpful. Overall would recommend!

Super energy, great stay The directions were great and we were greeted in front of the house. Everything was explained to us exactly and showed us. The accommodation was very tidy, clean, bright, very inviting. We felt comfortable immediately. The view is awesome, but I also liked the flair of the back of the house, so the view from the bedrooms. There was 1 canister of water ready and on request a second one came directly. We were taken directly to the supermarket in Cancun by the owner to make a large purchase. Food in Cancun is very expensive in my opinion. The rooms are super divided with the 2 bathrooms and the furnishings, super. At night, the beach was loud: people, music and motorcycle shows. It is only fair to mention this for people who have a light sleep. After 2 glasses of Mexican wine, I slept well, but my mother heard everything every night. As a traveler that has been to Cancun many times, the apartment is a great lunch pad to explore Cancun, close to the airport and about 20 min from “zona hotelera”. I definitely recommend Louis’s apartment to other Airbnb guest.
