Highly recommend the loft There were two of us with a cat. One of us on the queen bed and the other on the sofa-bed. Contrary to other buildings and structures in Cancún that can have thin walls with noise penetrating from above or the sides the loft is part of a robust and very firm building. Which allows for great sleep and rest. There is also a courtyard at the back where we were able to take our cat out. There is wonderful lush vegetation at the front of the building. Our hosts were great and it was all smooth sailing, which is what one wants! Location is excellent too. Again, highly recommend the loft!

Great place if you need a place to relax and work from your laptop. There are plugins everywhere throughout the building and internet is one of the fastest I have experienced in Mexico so far. So if you want to work in peace, and also have some pool time upstairs, this is the place. Location is also great as there are many restaurants, parks, and malls around the area. The host, Roberto, is very friendly and responsive to your needs. I highly recommend this place and will come back next time when I need to get some work down.

Nice apartment, in a private and calm area, when you are feeling secure 100%. Gabriela is an amazing host, she’s ready to help any time you need. I feel really comfortable same at my home. Kitchen is fully equipped, there are washer and dryer to get your clothes ready. Nice swimming pool. There’s secured spacious parking in case if you rent any vehicle. Easy access and easy to find. Hosts give clear instructions how to get in. Located in downtown, shopping malls, grocery shops, cafes and gym nearby. Thank you Gabriela for welcoming me at your stay.

Such a beautiful view and great location just outside of the Centro. I loved this stay so much and the pool area is amazing. The beach is also a beauty and feels very private and comfortable with lawn chairs and all. It being at walking distance from the Isla Mujeres Ferry (Ultramar) is definitely a PLUS!!!!!!

A great place to stay, I only went through some paperwork and it was just what I needed, although it doesn't have AC the place was always cool, a very safe area of the city and close to restaurants

Jesus was super helpful with everything. The check-in was easy and location was easy to find as well. Apartment was exactly as described. When I first took a shower, the hot water wasn’t working but after I let him know, he came immediately to fix it and make it to the amount of heat that I wanted. The toilets are also very good with excellent plumbing (hard to find sometimes in Cancun)! I would stay again! Thanks Jesus!

In general, my stay was quite good, I stayed a week and from the beginning Fer was very friendly, all the contact we had with him was by message but always very attentive, he mentioned the precise directions always being available for whatever things you need, the apartment for the day gives him the sun directly but it is not a problem because it has air conditioning, the bad thing is that when we arrived it smelled a little damp the house, the bed is comfortable, except for the toilet that is very close to the wall and if you are someone who struggles to sleep with noise it is likely to bother you a little noise from the discharge area that is in front of you, in addition during several days of the week in the evenings a loud alarm was heard on the street that started from 00:00 to 7:00 am approximately. But in general it is a great option to stay, comfortable and with a great host I highly recommend Fer's place.
