I am originally from Corfu but I've been living abroad for most of my life. I contemplated writing this review in Greek, but the reality is that Corfiots already know what a gem of a flat this is. So I am writing this in English to help anyone else who wants to visit. This is the most amazing AirBnB you will find in Corfu old town, period. If you've watched the Durrell tv series and wondered how it would feel to live in that era, but with modern amenities and comfort, look no further. Maria and Francesca's place is the most warm, authentic, well-kept, 200 year old apartment I have ever been to. St. Spiridon, Old and New Fortress, Liston square, Faliraki beach, Yacht Club, Kapodistrias' home, the Sunrise and Sunset are all there for you to enjoy from your countless windows or the one-of-a-kind Belvedere outpost, accessible by an interior staircase. Now, if you happen to spend Greek Easter here, you are in for a treat. You can see the fireworks, marching bands etc. right in front of you!

Accommodation very well located in Saranda with a lovely balcony and view of the sea. Flat was clean and was perfect for a few days.

We loved our time at this villa. The host was very helpful and had a concierge available to assist as well. The property is clean and well maintained with everything you need. The location is perfect, just off the main road so it’s an easy drive to Corfu and other little towns. The restaurant next store, is good if you want a close spot for dinner or a drink. There is a water taxi that can be arranged from the dock at the restaurant as well.

We spent 3 nights at the cottage and absolutely loved it. The garden and the views are amazing. We didn't see any people on the beach apart from a local fisherman so it did feel like having a private beach. The sea is shallow, warm and safe to swim. The garden is beautifully maintained with sun loungers, tables and chairs, a hammock and a BBQ. The cottage is comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated. The nereast town, Lefkimmi, is a 10 min drive away and has 2 supermarkets. The town is small, with not many tourists and not much to do. We didn't mind for 3 days as we wanted a quiet place to catch up but bear in mind that you will need a car to drive to more lively places and some people might find the location too quiet. There is a nice day trip from Lefkimmi port to Paxos and Antipaxos. Konstantinos was a very responsive host.

Bes’s place was beautiful! The terrace was great to hang out on and we were very happy with the location close to the ferry. Bes was extremely responsive and kind. Highly recommended!

In a country that breaths tourism, Spiros is a monument of hospitality. The accommodation is literally 2 minutes away from the beach, with quiet surrounding and flowers.

Eleni is great host. I don’t have any complaints. Everything is perfect. 👍

Gerasimos was always very quick to respond to all our questions. Particularly our questions on local tavernas. He went out of his way to arrange food for our first night, he recommended a great driver and vehicles and supported us with transfer details. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Fantastic views from the villa and amazing sunsets. Great play area in the semi basement for the family with their young children… only shame no windows but the description states that. Kitchen area was a little small but we managed it. We had a fabulous week with the family… and would definitely return!!

5 stars! This was my first time renting an Airbnb, and I was not disappointed. I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the stay. The hostess provided all the amenities mentioned, plus a few extra thoughtful touches. She was super responsive and very attentive to detail. The place is just beautiful! You can tell that it was furnished with a lot of love and is still very well taken care of. It was super clean and was also cleaned very thoroughly again during our stay. The hosts are also very friendly, have always inquired about us and have been quick to reach. The view of the sea and the location on the beach sweeten the day in the morning. We were super happy and will definitely come back!!

We loved staying at Mia. The apartment was comfortable, relaxing and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to places to eat and small supermarkets. Nahla was a fantastic host and when I became ill, very quickly came to my assistance and helped me get medical attention. She went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. We were very appreciative of this. We recommend staying at Mia. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing time.

Nice place, easy to find, location is fine and peaceful, cleaning every day, u ll not regret for sure.

Yvonne was friendly and helpful as soon as I booked online. They collect us from the airport which was very helpful in getting information for the surrounding area of the villa. It has absolutely stunning flowers in the garden area and a beautiful view of the sea, more so than what the photos shows online! Yvonne had a great welcome basket which had everything you could think of, the Villa was stocked with all helpful little bits, like mosquito repellent, toiletries and a stocked fridge! The hosts were more than helpful with any questions. Handy wee shop at the bottom of the hill, just before the lovely jetty where we sat some afternoons by the crystal clear water! Highly recommend! We hope to come back soon! Thank you again for our peaceful stay.

This is a fantastic apartment situated above a busy pedestrian only area with restaurants and shops. It is quiet despite the area. The appointments are excellent and clean. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The host is super friendly, the communication was always great. Fresh fruit, bread, cheese, juice and chocolate bars were even available as a welcome! The accommodation is very idyllically located, on foot you are in two minutes at the beautiful beach. The area is quite lonely, you definitely need a car to explore the island. The terrace is very idyllic, the bedrooms are also very nice, only the kitchen is unfortunately a bit dark and cool (which is certainly an advantage on hot days).

We were so lucky to find this special place to stay in Corfu. It was absolutely perfect for our holiday - in a stunning location with views of the sea, a lovely garden, and a short walk to a beautiful, pebble beach. The accommodation was simple but had everything we needed and was very clean. Dinos and Connie were wonderful hosts - friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the company of their friendly dogs and cats! We hired a car to explore the island but there were plenty of good tavernas within a short walk of the accommodation, and also a bus service within walking distance. The apartment is beautiful, superb view, sea a few meters away, very quiet place, perfect for exploring the island. Sophia provided us with useful information about restaurants and places to visit, for the arrival her son welcomed us perfectly we will return to this wonderful island

One week before high-speed operation and it was pure tranquility and very private. The sea is always and everywhere to be heard and seen. The apartment itself is compact, which may lack space inside, is more than compensated by the large terrace that replaces the living and dining room.

This location is idyllic and we made full use of the terrace and steps into the sea which is perfect for snorkelling as full of fish! We even got videos from the terrace of dolphins playing which was a highlight. The house itself is clean and comfortable and well-equipped. Each room has its own heating / air conditioning as required. Boukari itself had great amenities and there is another larger fishing village within easy walking distance too. Everyone was so friendly and we had great food everywhere we ate. We had a day in Corfu old Town and visited a few other nearby places on half day visits and then rushed back to the perfect terrace for swims before dinner. I would recommend Blue Horizon almost without reservation. The only thing that cast a cloud for me (and it is nothing to do with the property itself) was the horrendous noise of the motorbikes that went past on the road outside the house. They shattered the otherwise perfect peace. We’d definitely stay again though!!

We spent a few days in Mesongi as a family of four while exploring Corfu, and our stay at George’s place was a memorable highlight. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. What truly set it apart was the warmth and hospitality George provided—it felt more personal and inviting than our subsequent stay at the larger Apollo Resort. That said, it’s important to know that the apartment sits above a vibrant and excellent traditional restaurant (which we highly recommend). With that comes some evening noise—clattering plates, conversation, and the energy of a Greek taverna in full swing. If you’re a light sleeper or turn in early, it may take some adjusting. Overall, if you value local flavor, authentic hospitality, and a central location in a lively village, this is a fantastic choice.

I really enjoyed my stay at Spyro’s apartment . It was quiet and this is what I needed. The bed was comfortable and everything clean . I was keen to have an earlier check in and this was possible I could also check out a little later . The communication was fabulous and they even arranged a taxi to come for me to take me to the airport on check out. Very close to a beautiful view point , shops and restaurants . Also quiet though not a noisy area . I would highly recommend .
