-Winterpause vom 22.Dezember 25-5.April 26- Das "Kontor" ist ein großzügiges, herrschaftliches Apartment mit marodem Charm für 2 Personen das sich im rechten Flügel, im Erdgeschoß des Hauses befindet. Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. 25 sqm apartment for 2 people

This apartment in the city center of Rostock is located exactly between the city center and the main train station and both can be comfortably reached on foot in max 10 minutes. The apartment is located in a residential building and is therefore not a "party apartment". Even if the guest bed (mattress) offers 1 additional sleeping option, I would like to limit the number of guests to 2 guests. Late check-in from 11 pm is possible after prior arrangement via a key locker.

On an original farm, we have lovingly created a vacation home to dream of. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be! A large garden invites you to linger. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

If you want to spend your vacation in the countryside, you've come to the right place. On 4000 square meters you will find peace and relaxation and numerous seating options. For the little ones, a trampoline, a table tennis table, a digging box and a play tower are available. Our pets (ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and a dog) are waiting for loving caresses. Our small guest house can accommodate four sleeping units.

Quiet, small, closed apartment with 1 room with small double bed, separate kitchen and bathroom. Relaxed parking right outside the door. 15 minutes by car to Warnemünde beach, 5 minutes' walk to the supermarket and bus, 10 minutes' walk to the stadium or indoor swimming pool. Accommodation not for purely tourist purposes because of the resulting obligation to pay a spa tax for the Hanseatic city of Rostock

The apartment is in a quiet location in a village, which is about 12 km from Rostock. A 16 sqm cozy room with small kitchenette, hallway and a separate bathroom are available. The front garden is for exclusive use and offers both sun and shade. Guests have private access to the apartment, which is not used by the landlord.
